    • It's not as hard as it appears. Don't get overwhelmed by how much you need to learn, because you only need to remember a minimum of about 1.5k words or more to get by. Speak with other Spanish people online, listen to the language via media, and try thinking in Spanish. You'll be amazed at how fluidly fluency comes to you. Don't worry about people saying it takes years to learn, because that's not really true across the board, especially if you spend a months in a country that speaks it. Hell. Some people get fluent within a year, but generally being fluent in a language doesn't take more than two years if you spend a minimum of an hour a day practicing, speaking, and thinking in the language. You'll be proud of yourself when the language no longer sounds like a bunch of pretty sounds and when you can actually have detailed conversations. Onward to fluency!
