Genial tu proyecto, solo que funciona mejor cuando la chapa está fija ,bien agarrada, ahí con la chapa floja de te mueve mucho,pero no es culpa de tu invento, es la chapa,así felicitaciones, muy buena herramienta!!!

Это для прямых листов больше подходит. Но там уже существуют гильотинные ножницы. Примерно 150 полуляхов из 250 возможных!

El dispositivo de corte tiene una construcción complicada pero se ve bien al final en su uso , sin embargo ,la amoladora angular y el disco de corte ya han superado todo ese " problema de cortar chapas"...

Slow your drill speed down and it will help a lot with the cutting. A lot of it is just a matter of technique when using power cutters. I can't believe you did this from scratch, that's incredible! I have actual power cutters from a big-name company, and this is really close.

Can you tell me about the welding machine used? I saw, for welding, sometimes you used a wire (electrode) and sometimes you do not use that wire for welding! How does it work ?! thank you

You must have a good eye to make stuff like that with no machine tools. Do you let the tungsten touch the metal when welding like you do? please reply as i bet every one is wondering.

Use a small metal cutting blade on an angle grinder. WAY cheaper and easier!

Сталь с содержанием углерода меньше 0,3% практически не подвергается закалке. В металлическом профиле содержание углерода находится в диапазоне 0,14...0,22.

- @from berIk В домашних условиях тоже можно произвести цементацию. Проще всего это сделать графитом. Но, это сложный и длительный процесс. Скорость проникновения углерода в сталь приблизительно 0,1мм в час. Для более-менее нормальной цементации, нужна толщина слоя 0,8мм. Т.е. заготовку нужно держать в печи 8 часов. Процесс очень не простой. Если есть желание разобраться более глубже, поищите информацию по запросу "цементация в домашних условиях".

- Hahahaha not if you like your skin. Saws and grinders leave super jagged edges, lots of burrs. Need to use some kind of snips or you will bleed. A lot.
