The rules are you strike with one hand and the other as shield, you can kick with both legs but from abdomen to head. To win opponent most fall dawn to the ground thats why they dont wear shirt, either part of the body touch the ground i.e finger, knee and the whole body you loses the match. The bout can be three round but no specific duratio and no weight categories, lightweight can challenge heavy weight and so on
