  • To be honest, the biggest reason for health issues in your family be it Saba, Riza or your mother is an erratic , indisciplined schedule. Staying awake till 2AM is so normal as visible in vlogs. So naturally next day instead of early morning, breakfast on time, then rest of the meals on time , jyadatar time lunch shaam main ho raha hota hai aur breakfast lunch ke time. Ek acchi dincharya good health ki foundation hoti hai Jo aapki family main nahi hai. Infact it is a very wrong message to your audience too.

    • in his moms family house no one is properly educated to let them know about the importance of healthy living or keep reminding them also. except dipika or shoaib ..the daughter saba madam all the time in that house is hell bent upon making content so she also do not care about her or her mother health or the kids they also sleep or wake up any time of the day it seems?the day her mom returned from hospital she made her sleep after 12 in the nigh may be 1 or 2 am doing all the show shaw of her b'day bring in etc health is more important or these things but content should not be compromised health of the patient does not matter for them..there is no male in that house both son and father are on the other house who can be strict enough for all these? beti ki chalti hai bus and she is more focused on content only..son is ofcourse busy in his life and family that is understandable...they are giving more importance to content than health?

  • Sab moms aise hote hai.. they want to eat and not exercise but we children have to tell them sternly sometimes for their benefit only...they start behaving like kids and we have to behave like parents 😊 So happy ur mom doesn't have cancer as my mom has it and its not easy for all of us.. thank god she's safe as of now..i hate this word cancer now 😢

  • Both Mother and daugther have a bad routine to eat , exercise and sleep. Healthy eating and most importantly eating on time and following that routine is essential . Also exercise has to be done at the right time of the day. I am not sure how walking at midnight would help.
