  • love this kind of stuff you do! once, i averaged just over 200 with a 12 pound house ball 🤪started as a joke, shot like 630 week 1. then, stuck with it the rest of the season

    • I finished 3rd in a major local tournament and cashed for $750 with a 12 lb Brunswick particle zone on a toasted wood surface. I left some really weak 10 pins, but it was easy to get 9 and avoid big splits and washouts. Tried it on more pristine surfaces and it just does not carry.

    • Yes, if you go under 14 the cores get a lot smaller and the carry gets significantly worse. So stick to 14 to 16 pounds.

  • I found your channel about a month ago and thoroughly enjoy watching your videos, even though I am not a bowler myself. On any normal varied diet, you should ingest enough electrolytes with the possible exception of some specific trace minerals. The average human on a western diet already gets far too much sodium in his diet. The recommended daily intake is about 2,3 g (2300 mg), the average daily intake in the USA is 3400 mg. No need to supplement with extra sodium. The only exception would be during extreme prolonged exertion. Prolonged excessive sodium intake can lead to kidney, blood pressure, and heart problems.
