Third time trying to get back to sleep as I wake multiple times a night and lo and behold, I find you're bringing another get back to sleep one out. It was meant to be!   • up pacing the floor at 2:30am, pain is a hasty alarm clock. Then remembered, Michelle sanctuary, found this particular video and was back to sleep before it finished and stayed asleep till the roster crowed and the sun is shining. So very thankful

  • I woke up nauseous about 3 hours before my alarm so I’m hoping this will get me back to sleep for at least a little while

  • I’ve been needing one of these!! The other night I took a sleeping pill and still woke up 4 times. Had a sleep study and I’m perfectly healthy. I just cannot sleep

    • I empathize completely and hope this helps! For years I was "perfectly healthy" but I would wake up again and again and my mind would race. It took time, but meditation absolutely was my solution and I happily sleep through every night now (for the most part!).

  • Hi there Michelle, since this is an older video, I don’t know if you will see this comment but I want to thank you for all of the help. I’ve listened to this specific meditation more times than any of the several in my playlist of only you & 2 other people’s sleep meditations. Your voice is one that I trust & the descriptive imagery pairs perfectly the way that you speak. Like right now- I often wake up when I have only 4hrs to sleep (usually after only sleeping two). ❤ ✌️

    • I am sorry this happened to you. This video is not permitted to have ads after playing (by me). It could be something KZhead did-- is it possible that it autoplayed a video following it? All my meditations are also available on Insight Timer and my podcast to listen for free as well. This will never happen on those platforms. I would not want this to happen to anyone listening.

  • Dear Michelle, Thanks so much for these wonderful videos. I wrote previously on the other Fall back to sleep video requesting a longer video. Then I saw that you recorded some longer story videos. I tried these but they don’t work so well for me. The Fall back to sleep ones work well but I wake when you stop talking. Just wondered if you’d consider making a longer one- it’s your voice that helps me sleep these days. Thank you.

    • Oh no! That is such a traumatic way to wake up. I hope everything is okay. I have the worst alarms-- one night I had to march to a store at 3AM to buy batteries because I couldn't disable it and it wouldn't stop chirping. Hope you got back to sleep.
