    • George better overall but even his coach Firas Zahabi mentioned they were wary of Dan's dangerous power hand. And Dan obviously has superhuman mental strength to survive George's submission attempt.

  • I wasn’t much of a Dan Hardy fan back when he was fighting. I respected that he had one punch knock out power, but after his retirement and him becoming a commentator, I truly like his genuine personality. Good guy!

  • Dan and Georges should collaborate on something. Their personalities mesh well. I'm curious to see what Georges decides to do in the media going forward. I know he's commentating for the quebecois broadcast. Rogan wanted Georges to join him for a fight companion podcast and I felt Georges missed an opportunity there.

I always look forward to his commentary because of the passion he has for MMA.... I wish he'd take one more scrap! He's got that Dog still inside him 100% and he's only become better with time.   • I remember watching this fight and GSP is a genius. Even though eh dominated Hardy. He couldn’t finish him. He ended up practicing the arm bar in the back with Danaher. Because he was mad he didn’t finish Hardy with that arm bar. He is very dedicated. It’s crazy. How much he pays attention to details, but that’s what made him so great. Hardy was on a tare at that time. Side not: I can’t believe Dan Hardy fought Anthony Johnson lol.

  • I've watched this 3 times now and I never get sick of listening to these guys. GSP is such a class act and Dan Hardy is a great talker. His takeways from the fight are so profound, like how he realized efter fighting GSP that he was never supposed to be the greatest fighter, but what an honor it was to have shared the octagon with him. Dan says it was a humbling experience, and he might be one of the few people I actually believe saying that.

    • @@simonmasson8033 Silva and Jones both consistently test positive for steroid metabolites. DJ was a 1 weight class champ. Fedor has a real argument and Khabib hasn't defended his title enough for me to have him in the talks. If Khabib defends his title a few more times and moves up and takes that belt he would be a complete package for the GOAT talks.

  • 2 amazing martial artists and 2 great gentlemen outside the octagon. Gsp was one of the greatest fighters of all time. Dan Hardy was such a great fighter , great to watch and definitely was good enough to have been a champion. His knowledge as a commentator and pundit is amazing. He really knows his stuff. A massive respect to both of these men. And what a fantastic fight it was.
