Okay I didn't know how much I needed that freestlyle. "Guess what? Now I got maidens" is actually 🔥🔥 though. And yeah man, the story of this game and most FromSoft games come through minimal cutscenes and more through dialogue, quest lines, and item descriptions. They want you to feel a bit disoriented and have no clue what's going on lol. But the story is actually wild the deeper into it you go.

@mikeeey300 go talk to white mask 😷 and do his quest requirements... soo you can go to the special blood area.. than go too the palace overlook site of grace once you get there. There will be a giant bird 🐦⬛ you can kill over and over if you have the golden scarab talisman and collect 13k runes every time . Just rest at the site of grace after you kill it .. rinse and repeat.
Someone PLEASE tell Mikeeey about using banished night Oleg for his summon and being able to upgrade summons 😭

1:17:12 to get in there you just need to progress ranni's questline which is kind of difficult without a guide but still manageable. Speaking of her questline if you manage to follow it through entirely it unlocks a different ending

If you ever try some new weapons something to know is that some bosses that that use two of the same weapon can give you one when killed and two handing it will give you one in each hand
For the beast guy in Dragonbarrow who’s hostile now-you’ll only need to get part of his healthbar down and then something will happen. You could just cheese him from outside with projectiles
At 1:39, the cipher pats is a solid fist weapon for your faith build. Two hand it and it automatically dual wields it. Fast move set and the ash of war is unblockable blade (hits through shields)

Find the jump attack talisman on top of stormviel castle Dual wield jump attack with your scythes You need rune arcs to activate great runes (last until you die) (You can also repeatedly kill any enemy for their full armor set) rarity dictates how long it takes

Another comment: for the blackblade kindred, if you really want to you can cheese it by standing in the corner of one of the two balcony areas next to the stairs. It literally cannot hit you except for maybe one to two attacks. Spam spells/incants or a long ranged weapon and you're good. that's how I did it and I have no regrets. It does sometimes find its way around, but you can reset it fairly easily
Idk if you showed this but that memory stone you got lets you have more incantations memorised at a time

Hey Mikeey, watching through vid 2 of the playthrough now so forgive me if you've discovered this melee mechanic, but it is a technique I prefer to parrying as it doesn't require any tricky timing. This works with a lot of standard melee mobs. So, when an enemy is about to swing on you hold up your shield and let them strike it, then IMMEDIATELY click the strong attack (right trigger) for a powerful riposte that will take off a chunk of their health and usually stun them. You can THEN follow up with a light attack critical (right bumper) for a second massive damage attack. This absolutely DEVASTATES a lot of melee mobs. Good luck, tarnished!

The beast you don’t have to fight, that church with the turtle, if you use what it requires at the alter it makes everyone nice to you you may have pissed off. Also for ranni just look it up because the locations you have to go to can be extremely vague if you don’t look them up online
Im new here and gonna admit love the vids bro highly entertaining and the game. one of the few games i 100% trophy in Some tips for you Talk to ppl! Keep talking to them until they keep saying the same thing over n over Read the items u have even spells and talismans they give lore and helpful tips if you enlarged their pic cant remember if it square or triangle If you ask a npc a question ask it again they will have new info for example turtle pope says something new about radagon if u ask again You can upgrade ur spirits this also goes with talking to ppl Some npcs are connected to each other if you talk to one go talk to the other one n they might have info or something to say Elden ring liks to hide things if a wall or something looks strange hit or roll into it Vist old places some npcs will leave their spots and be in old places you have went too they can be over looked so keep an eye out Ncps have storylines so try to pay attention to wat they say or try to guess where their new location is going to be or you might regret it in the long run Don't be scared to jump past things or walk past them u missed a merchant by not going pass the large blue symbol that u see at the main academy site of grace Plants grab them all no matter wat gonna be useful when u get more cookbooks useful against boss helpful for you and can save ur life Last thing is once again elden ring like to hide things and stuff can really blend into the ground so watch out Thats all i can remember from the top of my head! Hopes this helps Cant wait for the next upload
Btw, hope you love the godskin apostle fight 😊😊😊 and another thing, for the stretchy attack where he slams his spear thingy into the ground, if you roll towards his body you will 99% of the time not get hit at all. Its one of my favorite, if not my favorite fight of the game.

For ranni’s quest it honestly might be easier to just look up where to go. Most quest in this game are very vague on where to go without research online.
Get the rot breath spell from the dragon communion in Caelid and use it against the death root guy
Also some weapons have parts to their ash of war. The katanas usually you hold L2 and press R2 or R1 and it will do something Or some you press L2 multiple times
There’s a lot of different schools of magic. If you do end up doing an INT build you may enjoy the carian sword spells and staff that boosts sword sorcery damage. Close range sword spells are dope af.

Those things you said at the end are important. That castle, theres a “event” kinda thing there, and if you start it you fight one of the great rune guys in that big desert. Also he’s required for rannis quest AND hes how you get into nokron. Also to progress the game you need to go to altus ad you said sooo
btw rannis quest is insanely long, so be prepared.
So from my knowledge about this game is your trying to become the elden lord and restore the great order and in order to do that you have to kill i believe like 5 main story bosses they hold these great runes that you need to defeat the last boss feel free to add to the lore i never fully finished mine. ALSO kill them scarabs you see running around they give you ashes of war i believe they sometimes be invisible u saw one in caelid a episode ago and didnt know what it was. Kill that boss in the school in the castle lol unless u did it off cam. Another thing i remember is south of the game is more so like the beginning of the game unless unlocked from a specific story quest and the end game is more towards the south hope this helps with the story progression Tarnished 😈😈 OH and yeah the mines bosses have them smithing stones and its a couple mines all over the world if you want to level up your weapon. And the great rune restored and equipped raised your attributes Mikeey meaning your stats lol

godrick great rune (which you can activate with the rune arc item) gives you a +5 in all stats when activated, aka 40 free levels 👍
And if you get the beastman low enough he'll de-aggro and you'll still be able to give him deathroots

Btw some enemies have different weaknesses. So things that are made of rock like thst bird thing are super weak to smash weapons like hammers and are strong against pierce. Enemies who have like really heave armour like crucible knights are weak to pierce bc it goes through their armour and are strong against smash. Idk what weak to standard but you can google it. Or standard might just be normal like no damage reduction on anyone but also no extra dmg idk. But i just thought you should know. I would recommend having a high level weapon of each class.

You can upgrade spirits like the wolves. You just have to progress a certain quest line and to ypgrade them you need those trina lily youve been collecting. The quest is that lady you saw in that shack in the first episode her names robin and she looks like red riding hood. I dont remember the specifics of the quest but she’ll eventually move into the roundtable hold across the blacksmith where you can upgrade spirits.
He can't get mimic tear because he has to defeat Radahn. And to defeat Radahn he needs to learn how to get access to Radahn's boss fight. Please edit that part out of your comment please.

Leveling arcane will only affect weapons with arcane scaling
Kill the samurai or help the samurai with the cage like helm and get his long katana if you want a good one js and those wet stones can add effects to none special weapons so you can make anything bleed and scale with arc so you have more bleed, or you can have it scale different for frost or fire but you get that from the underground map. Called the black whetstone I think

@@mikeeey300 btw you may have found these prayerbooks around the map. you can give those to him and he can give you incantations. from what i cn tell there are quite a lot of prayerbooks so look out for them. also some give spells instead of incatation, but i would recomend you do some prayerbook hunting.
Reduvia's ash of war does more damage at point blank.
I came from the middle of vid 2 to say this lol Looking like he naturally wants faith,arc,dex build and so you shouldn’t run the 2 fin seal and should get the dragon com seal scales off faith/arc. It’s back at the first step of grace before you stepped out to the first boss and there’s a stone statue that’ll take 1 or 2 stone keys. Since you like dragon spells and bleed that seal scales with those and arc increases bleed also.
Moonveil is like that you basically become zoro
you def wanna look into rNni quest line couple of bosses and it’s worth it it’s really long but you get new weapons and armor when u finish 10/10 quest line

If you’re not going to dual wield, get rid of the left hand scythe and put your seal in there instead. Then you can cast incantations and use your ash of war while you fight at the same time.
And get rid of that little dragon puppet. It’s useless.

Every weapon has a scaling stat. So if yku want reduvia to do the most damage, check the weapon stats and upgrade the stat that has the best scaling. Scaling is marked by letters with D being the worst and i think S being the best (though i think only one weapon has S scaling so just look out for A). So for example if reduvia has a dexterity scaling of B and a arcane scaling of C. Then if you level up dexterity it will add lets say 4 damage, whereas if you uprage arcane it will give you 2 (thats an example i dont have reduvias scaling memorised). It not that big but it adds up. So when leveling up a stat check your scaling on your weapons to see which stat will add on the most damage. Ill try to stop writing you entire essays when giving you tips lol.
