I watched this video a year ago and i: - quit smoking already a year - got my drivers licence - got one of the highest grades on the university - lost 28kg and got muscles - eat healthy What one video can do..   • Update In my 3rd year of medicine now. Scaling two of my businesses up, starting the third one. But I've been diagnosed with severe sleep apnoea, which makes me so tired throughout the day that it's hard to get anything done (I'm 22). I had stopped watching these videos for a bit.
