  • I think this was "mostly" a fair take. I do think Jazz needs to step up on the whole batch vs quality issues and strive for every batch to be equal. There are flaws and bad decisions. however that being said I don't think people are forgiving enough considering basically three people in a garage made this happen. The main complaint was the price point but there are maybe 1k units hand made for $1500 ... it took Blitzway over 20k units to get to $1800 and Hot toys over 50k units to make $900 price point. Cost of materials and math are what they are and I can't see a huge profit being made here given the cost of late. Lastly I will ask you too remember no one else is making these items, they are fulfilling projects too risky for these large companies. I think a little respect for a start up business making items you want but no one else will make. Jazz inc is improving not regressing so... Let them cook!

  • I own all of Jazzincs Batmobiles, the Batwing and some of their other pieces as well. I own the Hot Toys Batmobile and Tumbler, Ecto 1 and Delorean. I find the Jazzinc pieces to be much more expensive than Hot Toys but the Ecto 1 was well over $2k delivered so the Jazzincs were not as pricey as that behemoth (but worth every penny). Also, I feel Jazzinc deserves a ton of credit for taking on projects that others won’t and still delivering a great product. While the development cycle can be a little long, I have not been disappointed in any of their products yet.

  • I love every rendition of the live action Batmobile. The 66 model i received was from batch 2 i believe. It's perfect. that's not to say it's flawless. The actual 66 itself is flawed in many ways. Overall, the paint job on mine is on point. But yes, If you squint and look very, very close and hard enough, my 66 model has the tiniest imperfections on the pinstripes. but thats ok to me, it's what makes it unique and different from everyone elses copy. Even a Million Dollar Diamond ring has flaws... under a microscope. And perhaps it just me, but when I place my 66 next to my HT 89 and HT Tumbler... you can clearly tell which is the $1800 vehicle and which ones are the $600 vehicles. It's fine that you or anyone else cant see the value, but I was happy to pay what I did. Believe it or not, there are even others who have paid almost double on the aftermarket. Thank you both for the video and review.

  • I really like my car and enjoy it. It was a first version model from Jazzinc but I did not have any significant defects to note. But I did make a few changes for more realism and TV show accuracy... -Changed the Batphone and cast it in white acrylic, painted it in fire engine red and added a scale flexible phone cord (with the help of Martin V)... -Changed the antenna and painted the antenna base with a gloss black top and Dspaie chrome ink bottom and added a metal telescoping antenna rod (I believe available through PimpMyBatmobile).... -Added metal pull cord rings and metal braided pull cord to rings and parachute bags themselves (with the help of Martin V)... -Repainted the steering wheel including flat black handle tips, gloss black nacelles with Dspaie chrome ink detail and green water slide direction indicators on the nacelles (with the help of Martin V)... -Painted the Detect-a-scope knobs flat black and added water slide decal white lines to the handles & created red and clear onlay bulbs for the left side of the Detect-a-scope (I believe available through PimpMybatmobile) -Created a inlay dark green translucent screen cover for the Detect-a scope screen (hopefully available through PimpMyBatmobile) -Painted the drivers side dashboard direction indicators chrome silver and created colored translucent onlay bulbs (from Real water and colored resin stain) -Obtained an excellent photoetch Batbeam antenna (from Ireland) -Thinking of changing the Beacon for a more accurate design (Mit design and casting)

  • I love my falcon cockpit but I got mine just two weeks ago so two years from the video referenced. The two rear seats were damaged but those were easily replaced no hassle. Otherwise it arrived in perfect condition. I am repainting mine adding the necessary striping and weathering and it really is coming alive now. I think this batmobile looks amazing. is it worth 1800? I guess it depends on the person buying. The owner thought it was worth the cost for sure. I don't think at this point any replicas are perfect. There are shortcuts with everything...hottoys, blitzway all have shortcomings in their products. Wish they didn't but that's the price we pay...literally.

  • I understand that people want perfection for the price point, but the truth of the matter is nothing is perfect. Sure the stickers could have been applied better and when zoomed in 4K as close as possible with a microscopic lens you’ll definitely see some imperfections. However, that still does not take away the craftsmanship and beauty of this piece. This item is an instant Grail. Just look what it’s going for on the secondary market. The blitzway, afterlife Ecto-1 had glaring issues, such as off centered logos and people including myself and Danoby, are still happy with it. So he’s telling us he can accept the glaring issues of the Ecto-1, but not the small microscopic nitpicky issues of 66 Batmobile? I don’t know folks. I will say that I love the editing on this video. It was very well done.

    @BrotherCousinsToyReviews@BrotherCousinsToyReviews7 ай бұрын
    • Don't forget that major glaring issue when that BTTF2 DeLorean conversion resulted in breakage as opposed to the small microscopic nitpicky issues of the 66 Batmobile..... Inconsistent observations/criticisms at best and imbalanced at that.

  • JazzInc should ask permission to use this as a promotional video. If you mute the audio it’s a product showcase. Looks stunning in 4K. The price is what it is and apparently what it took to get it done. Is it “worth it” at $1800 shipped? Like all of our toys, that’s a completely personal decision.

  • All I have is the Jazzinc batwing 1st batch and the 2nd DeLorean.. I've seen many videos of Blitzway ALL have a lot of issues if you go over em in 4k fine tooth comb. I spent over 500 on aftermarket goodies for the HT DeLorean and hour upon hours installing them. The Jazzinc Batwing still drops my jaw more than the Hot Toys and I did a full repaint on my Batwing to fit what I saw in the movie. I am quite happy with what I paid for the Batwing.. It feels worth it.. and im also happy with my DeLorean with the aftermarket parts. Its weird to me to hear that someone is surprised to get a more rudimental paint job ect with the 1st batch.. its their first go around, its not going to be as good as the 4th or 5th go around. Thats just logical right? I knew I was painting my Batwing months before it arrived and told Joost that I was. I think most know paint isn't was Jazzinc is known for, they get better each vehicle as far as the paint and this last 66 I think is the best they have done. I have a pretty good feeling for my 89 Jazzing Batmobile, its a pretty basic paintjob compared to the 66. Fact is.. what we get vs what we pay is going to vary WILDLY person to person when it comes to 1/6 vehicles, how detail oriented someone is, what modding skillset they have. if you love 1/6 scale and want perfection for cheap and have no skills for modding 1/6 stuff your fucked with a corkscrew :) if you have some skills you can probably make yourself happy.

  • Was expecting to disagree with danoby…surprise! looking at this in 4K I see a lot of paint flaws that would drive me insane if I bought this. Modeling and assembly looks great, the “stickers” I would’ve done as either waterside decals or stickers with heat activated glue that would hold to the finish, or I would super glue the stickers on which is what I do for a quick permanent adhesion, just smear a bit of thin super glue on back and sticker won’t budge. The black finish is crazy wobbly, the only way to get it smooth is prime and sand at least twice and then paint and sand twice and seal and sand twice. The red pinstripes have some odd angles. I love ya joost but I would’ve taken more time on this one personally😬

    @OilersWorkshop@OilersWorkshop7 ай бұрын
    • I am actually disappointed in your take over the paint, you are an artist you of all people should know what it takes to make these. you should know gloss black is one of the hardest finish to get perfect. Sure there is a lot of room for improvement but three people in a garage made this happen. If I had to guess the paint was outsourced and I don't see at the $1500 price point the paint being much better given only around 1k of these where made.

      @jfk2167@jfk21677 ай бұрын
    • I keep hearing everyone saying three people working in the garage. Bigger tasks are being done in a factory in China, the parts, paint and assembly is done in China.

  • This is the Batmobile I grew up on , and it's a really nice car.. I do see some really small things , that seems to me maybe they need to step up the inspection game.. At a $15 -1600 price tag , these cars should be 98 to 100% flawless.. Plus $250 shipping and handling , making it $1800 + $1850 .. I would definitely expect much better. And rather than producing Batches , and the batch determines the quality of the car doesn't sound right.. Each one needs to meet the same exact standard for quality... It's seems like you could just buy the best model kit on the market.. And go all out on the kit and have a car that could be just as nice as these .. Don't get me wrong one bit , very nice car... But I just don't see a $1800 car..
