These guys are no dummies including BD. It's exposure to possible new subscribers. What percentage of GH's subscribers are BD subscribers now? And Micah? And Bryan Bros? And Garrett? They all benefit from each other. The problem is that at some point, it's going to get boring and redundant. It's not that far away.

I have to admit, I wasn't a Bryson fan a few years ago, but his participation with the KZhead and long drive guys is really nice, helped him with guys like me. We get to find out how personable and generous he is, gosh going back to when he was just hitting his peak professionally, hanging with the GG guys in Dallas, giving them pointers and playing weird scrambles and whatnot with them. Sort of opposite of what his media persona was as a kind of odd duck, with his weird clubs and physics talk. It's nice to hear that playing with the vloggers is cool for him, keeps his sharp, and, I appreciate how he doesn't huddle down and gamble and drink his off season away with the muckety mucks. I'm a fan...

I'll tell you what, Bryson has changed A LOT in the past 6 years. He's now a major champ, and he's changed his whole demeanor on the course. Do you remember when he choked coming down the stretch of the European open and snuffed McEvoys handshake? Not to mention he claimed he was one if the best players on tour his rookie year out. Dechambeau was a very disliked golfer in 2016-2018. Come to find out, he is one of the best in the world and with his work ethic I think he still has room for improvement which is honestly mind blowing 🤯. He's that good! He was laughed at in the beginning but he's the only one laughing now 😂

@@thetzar671 LOL. clearly someone who has never seen a weight room. His shoulders and traps look proportional to the rest of his body. Also when he first bulked up he got pudgy, then did a cut a year later. People who use PED's don't need to go through such a significant process as roids allow for pure lean mass gain. Don't hate because you either refuse to put in the work, or just have terrible genetics.

Bryson is just a pleasure to watch play golf. He hits it farther than everyone watching but I still find his tips relatable. He's a great coach and player.

Yeah I was confused how he was 4 under then got a double but they said his score was now 1 under. Grant and Bryson tied

I’m so lost they said 4 under but the screen said 3 under and then after a double they both said 1 under
I went back and looked thru the video, and grant had 2 birds and an eagle so he shoulda been 4 under. Not sure why they changed the score unless he had a penalty they didn’t show? Definitely should have been tied after his double????? Confused 🤷♂️.

That’s the difference. Amateurs, even if they’re scratch, make that mistake too regularly. Pros don’t.

Bryson is such a humble guy. I was so mad when he didn’t get picked for the Ryder Cup team. His performance leading into the last week for captain’s pick - he shot 58 to win a LIV tournament. One of the reasons we got blitzed by the Europeans. Bryson would have made a huge difference. Great content. Well played Grant.

The original concept for this video was for Grant to play from the tips, and Rick Shiels to play from the front tees. However, Rick didn't like the idea and admitted to being slightly insulted by it later on his podcast. Grant playing the front tees with Bryson is a perfect example of how he meant no harm in mentioning the idea to Rick, and truly just wanting to put out great content. Love to see the pros collaborating with KZhead golfers more and more! Love the content, Grant! Great videos.
Rick Shield would still struggle to beat Grant from the front tees. RS is a bit of a hacker at the end of the day

That 5-iron Bryson hit out of the waste area from 204 yards was absolutely insane! There aren't many PGA/LIV tour golfers who could do that. Awesome effort with the eagle chip on the last hole, Grant! If you had to do it over again, would you have pulled me the pin..?

It certainly helps that his 9 iron is just as long as his 3 iron. The clubhead speed advantage is huge, compared to us variable length iron users...which is "99.999" percent of people. :)

@GrantHorvatGolfs thats where you can see a yt golfer like you and an actual pro have those different levels of skill. Both of you are insane, and it's scary to know how good pro golfers are.
His irons are lofted differently than most people’s irons. My seven iron has the same loft as his nine iron.
I have to say that was probably the most enjoyable Grant Horvat video I've ever watched. Both of you guys played awesome. Great work. Keep it up man.

I thought that too, but watched back and he said -4 when he was actually -3, I think if he made the chip/putt he would've been -4 but missed it...
Eagle on 3, Birdie on 5, Birdie on 6, Double Bogey on 7, Birdie on 9. That's -3.
No doubt about it, Bryson has done so much great PR recently, one of the most likable guys in golf. He alone has actually made me want to watch LIV now

I've been watching Bryson quite a bit since he started on Utube and found him very down to earth, funny, intelligent and willing to help his playing partner not only play better but impart his knowledge to them also. Now there are only four pro golfers if they are entered in a tournament that I'm rooting for to win, Wesley Bryan, Xander Schauffele, Phil the Thrill and Bryson and of course Grant and George Bryan also! Blessings to both Bryson and Grant going forward from a native San Diegan now living in east Tennessee. POSITIVE VIBRATIONS GRANT and BRYSON, STELLAR VIDEO!
What a match, it looked like Grant was going to it then bang, one bad swing and the entire match flipped, Bryson is a machine, and still amazed how much YT golf he plays and we love it
