What is ASMR? Here’s my definition: • What is ASMR?
Remember!
ASMR is not a medical treatment. ASMR is meant to induce tingles, relaxation, and sleep. Although it may make you feel better, it has not been proven to fix any mental health issues or conditions you may have. If you need help, PLEASE seek a professional. Here are a few links that can help you:

  • I am a truck driver. I have a hard time shutting down my mind and going to sleep. You have 10 hours to sleep. I would either stay up 6 hours or 8 hours and then try to go to sleep and be well rested. This is the one that can put me to sleep in no time. I'm not even up when she's done with the second book. And it puts me not only asleep fast but I also go into a deep sleep. Meaning I would wake up thinking that it's almost time to get up and it's not. It never fails. Thank you

  • My parents got divorced when I was 7 and I dont have much memories from before that time, lots of bad stuff happened which I will not explain here, and I suppose I forgot it on purpose, but as soon as I saw that rainbow fish book I remembered : my parents used to read it to me, I loved it and could never get enough of it, and I think I still keep that moto of helping others shine so you can be happier and all shine together. Thanks for bringing this piece of my past back to me, I wasnt expecting to find something so valuable to me at 4am here. Much love to anyone who read this, I hope you can find good and valuable friends and hold on to them.

Now they treat me better, anyways back to the story. When I was 5 or so and my brother was a baby, they will both get upset at us everyday and I'll scream and cry. My Mom feels really bad about it now, it's ok if she doesn't wanna talk about it tho. Looking in the past, I've could been a lot more brave. Anyways that was my story! And NONE try to report my Mom and Dad, like I said, they have changed into better parents. 🧚‍♀️
