  • The Devs didn’t really know the drill when they reworked the card. With a pretty decent buff, the drill is going to be extra tough.

  • sirtag I recently created an interesting deck for a hog rider which has two versions, the first one has: evo knight, evo bomber, ice spirit, skeletons, freezez, log and canon and the second version has:evo knight, Evo bomber,ice spirit,musketere,poison,log and canon and both require skill

  • I really love and appreciate that your first match is always cannoneer. I do have a maxed out cannoneer and prefer to run decks how they are supposed to be ran. (In this case it’s better with cannoneer)

  • Jake, I have a clash royale tournament at my school hosted by the esports team on Wednesday. They banned evos because not everyone will have them. What decks are the best? It will be a best of 3 against someone to move on to the next oppenent in the bracket.

  • Goblin Drill shouldn’t block you from placing troops between it and the tower. I know it’s a building, but it’s a really jarring interaction that makes it WAY more difficult to defend than it should be.

  • The deck I use with drill is Drill, evo zap, pekka, bandit, magic archer, ghost, poison, little prince With the bombeneer tower. 15 game win streak. Lots magic archer connects with this. Drill almost always hits tower

  • I saw the first 2 cards of the deck in the beginning of the video, how they were trying to impersonate that skeleton meme where it's just a bunch of skeletons looking at you when you say/do something dumb, and I immediately went "ewww" because those are the 2 of the most annoying evolutions imo. Of course, Jake's videos are always bangers, but it says a lot about the game's state when I, an evo skeletons user, audibly express my disgust in an empty room, when I see evo skeletons lol.

  • I love how the devs nerfed the Evo Bomber, but at the same time proceds to giga buff the Goblin Drill, so now you have to deal with 2 win conditions at the same time and both deals insane damage to towers.

  • When I came back to this game after like a 3-4 year break or something like that, I had to pick a free evolution. It was the last day on which you could pick, I got lucky that I didn't come back one day later. I picked evo skeletons without looking at the meta or anything, I just picked what seemed both powerful and fun. I thought "this one costs 1 elixir, but my opponent MUST respond to it accordingly, because it will 3 crown him otherwise". I also wanted to pick something that fits in many decks. It's funny that I regret my decision at one point, because now I'm VERY happy with my intuition after such a long break. I'm rocking the 7 year medal!
