    • Weight has nothing to do with volleyball. Really what’s most important is that you have muscle so don’t feel pressured to look a certain way.

  • If you are short and want to get a higher jump, I would recommend running up the stairs.. I've been trying 50 a day.. I can watch yt Videos while doing it lol
