Almost $50 for a lanyard and over $100 for the case, I’m sure it protects the phone but they’re definitely tripping with the prices

Might be a weird one to ask regarding the Nothing cases - is it possible to remove the plastic backing that has the design on to have a transparent back? I'm tempted to pick up the Case (3) but also want ideally a clear case, wanted to know if this case can do that.

I went from a RhinoShield case to a Casetify Bouncecase for my iphone 14 pro and its such a big difference. Never had as bad of a "fall protection" case as that Rhinoshield one, genuinely such poor quality, the design on the back started to peel of after a week, the buttons fell out after a couple more weeks and it slips off the corners of the phone wayyy too easily. Most of the time when I took it out of my pocket it wasnt even around one of the corners anymore
oh yea forgot to say that I dropped my phone with casetify bounce case off the end of my stairs and protected it perfectly

The bounce is fire, I got a bunch. I probably don’t even need them, impact is enough protection. I just love the feel and look and those corners help grip. Try the classic blue color…

Great content. Nice case, But I believe the supcase unicorn beetle pro is the best protection for phones. My s23 ultra fell out of my hand when the wind blew my driver's side door into my arm, knocking it out of my hand onto the driveway. It bounced then slid under my car. I picked it up, hoping there's no damage. And when I picked it up, no scratches or dinks or cracks to my phone or case. And this was the supcase unicorn beetle pro clear. The 2nd time I was using a drivable floor cleaning machine. And I put the same case in its holster, but I guess I didn't lock it in. The same thing happened. It fell on the hard floor hard. But again, no dinks or scratches or cracks to my phone or case. Love it. And it cost only 25 bucks.

Love this review, as always. These cases have a fatal flaw to me, and that's the cutout for the action button, rather than an actual button. Same issue on the UAG cases. That cutout hinders the ability to hit the action button depending on the angle my finger hits the button.
Some say the other thing around, and like the cutout so that they don’t mistakenly press the action button. Or trigger it in a bag or pocket, or trying to use the volume button. I tend to agree with them, this way you have to be intentional to use the action button.
I have this case and it has a button I’m not sure when they changed it but It comes with a button now
I would love to have one of those bounce series because of those nice edges but it's very expensive for me. :(

hey can somebody help me . been using iphone 15 pro for 2 weeks . i have 80% battery limit but now it charges to 100 % . also is type c in the iphone durable ? i took of the earphone form the pocket i heard a click sound after that 2 days later my earphone didnt work for 2 sec and i plugged it out and put it on the other side and it worked . it happed like 3 times but it charges perfectly . should i be worried

As always, great and fun content from Floss. I have the iPhone 14 Pro and it has poor battery life, screen scrolling problems and some other bugs and random overheating. Should I trade in to the the 15 Pro Max or keep the 14 Pro and instead get a cheaper 13 Pro from eBay or parallel importer store, or wait for the 16 Pro?
I went from 11 pro max to 15 plus and I get insane battery. Usually end the day (16 hours) above 50%

I appreciate the time you took to review all cases. I remember being a salesman and one of the things other salesmen (not me) would say is "why not spend $60 on a $900 phone?" Its a crappy sales tactic to do that to a customer. Its trying to put both prices in your head and make them not make sense. With that logic, when you buy a $100,000 vehicle, put all the add ons because why not put $10,000 worth of add ons on your $100,000 car. We know damn well unless you work in a crazy job, a $20 phone case should be adequate. If people need a $100 phone case, idk what to tell y'all. Hell, even the Mous case is $60-$70 and you can drop it from a couple hundred feet. I bought it once, then never again as i realize i trade in and have the need to get a case every year. If you're going to keep the phone for longer than 3 years, MAYBE a $60 case is okay. If you have money to burn i guess its worth it. I was the type of salesman to say "get a few cases from Ali Express, Amazon, etc, return the cases you dont like." Casetify is high on something. Hell nah. Also, they're kind of ugly and bulky.
I had one of the ultra bounce cases but it made my iphone 15 pro max too bulky. I returned it.

I can watch Floss doing realistic drop-tests and installing screen and camera protectors all day. Now, about the prices of the cases I said it once but I will say it again - if you can afford to buy $1600 dollars phone, you can afford to spend $100+ dollars extra for an ultra-rugged case to protect your expensive phone. Whoever wants to risk his investment is free to do so, but I wouldn't.

Weirdly enough I would buy a regular impact but them not having an action button cover really grinds my gears as small a problem it is.
