Culver City Police Department was in pursuit of a vehicle that was wanted in connection to an assault on an officer. The vehicle came to a stop on the northbound 405 Freeway near Santa Monica Boulevard when the suspects later bailed from the vehicle and attempted to get away. This resulted in a massive search for the suspects as the area was full of commercial occupancies. Assisting agencies included the Los Angeles Police Department, Beverly Hills Police Department, Gardena Police Department, Hawthorne Police Department, El Segundo Police Department, Hermosa Beach Police Department, Manhattan Beach Police Department, and UCLA Police Department. It is unknown whether any of the suspects were captured.

I love the LAPD unit that was like "not my problem"
Bro this video was so dope! Cool to see all the different agencies working together, clean shots man. Definitely love seeing Hawthorne PD, and Manhattan Beach PD with their dual unitrols! Sick asf to see the brand new GPD 2020 rollin’ code with their Pathfinder setup. Absolutely great work as always Zach, definitely always getting lucky with law enforcement vids. Let’s see more, brother!
El segundo too
This is why I'm subscribed, such amazing footage that really gives you a look inside Socal's everyday events. Keep it up!
This is dope! I love multi agency responses! They're probably my favorite! All the sirens blaring when responding, this is sick bro! Nice one!
I counted possibly 8 different city agencies and 5:10 love all the sirens going off at once
Man I never seen so many different agencies since the Kenosha riots. I like the Manhattan Beach sirens the most.
Absolutely Unreal definitely one of ur best videos!!
To the 4 people who ignored the officer creeping into the intersection WTF
This was awesome!! Great catches 🙌🏽
4:22 that Crown Vic in background looks amazing
Nice catches, love the ultra hi-lo and phaser!
Great catches ! So many agencies and catches in this video. I love the Manhattan beach units with the unitrol tones and those little lights on the windshield.
It’s manhattan beach.. not redondo
Best siren
Awesome catch!
I love the fpiu with the classic federal signal touch master siren at 2:12
SoCal really loves their valor lightbars. They got more FedSig setups than the Chicago area and FedSig is based there.
Great video!
May God Bless the State of California and America. Amazin’ video.🇺🇸
Holy sh1t! Very nice and well recorded shots!
It’s great to hear Touchmaster delta Ultra Hilo in California!
0:55 the lead Hawthorne cruiser goes to block the intersection... the officers behind didn't understand and just lined up behind it.
Female driver/cop...could have just kept going and saved time.
@@IdealUser She was blocking traffic so the other units can get in but the her colleagues got confused
Ah all the amazing sounds in one, the cars flooring it around, the sirens, classic Also, Is that Unitrol 80k Wail with touchmaster yelp and hi lo? Interesting. Is that Federal Signal pathfinder behind that or..?
wow Beverly Hills PD, Hawthorne, Manhattan Beach, ect. you hit the jackpot !
This might be a dumb question but why are some of the valors angled downward? Is that like some aerodynamic thing
That was the best !!!
1:55 Do the white strobes on the the grille serve any specific purpose other than warning lights? Interesting that they have installed older strobe lights on top of the full LED setup.
OMG! You were lucky with this one! NICE CATCHES!
2:03 that TM4 tones...🔥🔥
Awesome!
1:26 It's been a while since I've seen an El Segundo Police FPIU in action!
Was that some sort of check and move thing that that Manhattan beach did
What kind of call deserves this kind of response?
i love response videos
3:18🤩🤩
Them Hawthorne cars have a sweet set-up
Great!
Damn, that cop with the AR15 at 7:17 looks badass, lol.
hearing the siren of manhattan beach PD is the same as Boston PD siren not something i thought they would use at 3 minute and 21 seconds
The Hawthorne units look so nice in my opinion
While not what they meant to do, the Hawthorne units lined up like that with their matte black paint and dual color light pods looked really sharp.
0:53 LMFAO THEY DONT WANNA GO AROUND
I guess when someone's not an action they call that a John Doe 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣👌
Wow nice!
With how big this search was, I'm surprised CHP didn't show up either
Everyone came aside from the National Guard
I'm surprised at the lack of LAPD response in this video even though it was in their jurisdiction, was there some reason that LAPD wasn't as big of a part of it? Like a big call that had tons of LAPD units respond elsewhere in the city?
No need really, They have sufficient units already
@@sethambre3001 that's not it at all, that lagging lapd unit was just assigned to keep informed otherwise there woukd be more lapd
Seeing that South Bay Regional Public Communications Authority provides police and fire 9-1-1 dispatch services for the cities of Gardena, Hawthorne, Manhattan Beach, Culver City, El Segundo, and Hermosa Beach it makes sense.
@@kvocal what sence does it make if ur outside SOUTHBAY!?! Gardena, Hawthorne, Torrance, El Segundo, Manhattan Beach, hermosa Beach, Palos Verdes, idk about about elco pd bc they like UCPD state cops like chp, ingelwood is not southbay.. But seeing this is lapd jurisdiction, y r thry excluded as well lasd that's there backyard!?!
@@JOHNSMITH-dc6lr well, let's see. They are all using the same coms, dispatched from the same center. Tactically it is probably easier for them. I live in Inglewood and know for a fact that Hawthorne, Inglewood as well as Sheriff work closely together in that area. I do not know why LAPD was not included, not sure. I would guess they (LAPD) were already spread then. BH probably involved themselves (nothing better to do). Seeing this was a chase, that is probably where things ended. Not sure they knew where the bad guy was planning to stop. If they did I am sure they would have made a reservation with LA (bad guys party of...). "The South Bay Cities region includes the cities of Carson, El Segundo, Gardena, Hawthorne, Hermosa Beach, Inglewood, Lawndale, Lomita, Los Angeles (Harbor City, Harbor Gateway, San Pedro and Wilmington), Manhattan Beach, Palos Verdes Estates, Rancho Palos Verdes, Redondo Beach, Rolling Hills, Rolling Hills Estates, Torrance, Westchester, and some unincorporated areas of the County of Los Angeles."
Some of these guys are a long way from home
hope to see these cars in gta 6.
4 Hawthorne Units in W LA? The who is patrolling in Hawthorne?
god himself
2:15 I know a Touchmaster Delta when I hear one ;)
Ohh, give me an LAPD lightbar & siren anyday, lol.

9 different police agencies that’s a lot of man power 😳
No sheriff or CHP unit? No Torrance or Santa Monica PD too!
Nope. This is the usual package when Culver City requests assistance from other departments
@@90210FireBuff would’ve been cool to see lasd
Hell. They really wanted to find these guys!!
Where do these agencies come from 😂. I never knew LA had that much sub agencies
There are 88 cities in Los Angeles County. Each has a choice of having its own police department or contracting out its law enforcement services, typically to the Sheriff or sometimes to the police department in another City.
Ive Heard stories of swat team send to stars liké avril Lavigne but never Seen it reported in news
Why there's a LAPD unit on Culver city????????????? thats rare
15:19 FIRST TIMETHAT I HAVE SEEN THAT AS A AIRCMCAN POLICE CAR
No CHP or LASD units?
not in JD. LASD gets involved if it's in a city outside of LA where there is usually no local police and CHP is the same thing and also on the highway
@@CallMeAhSirHKP I know here in Oakland and San Jose local sheriff and CHP are needed when there's major police activity. I guess things are different in L.A. county.
Where my dog at I know he's in there somewhere I know he's looking for a Milky Way bar 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🤣🤣🤣🤣💅💅🤳
How many K9's do they have and need!?!?!
Could someone please explain to me why there are so many different police departments involved? Im german so i dont really understand it. I saw a LAPD Explorer at the beginning of the video and i thought it would just make sense if the LAPD would respond instead of this many different police angencies. But i really like to see american police cars respond so nice video.
I think that there are so many agencies responding because the situation turned into a manhunt. Having many different officers responding to an area can help better prepare a perimeter to search for suspects. Also, an agency can request backup and that backup can come from any nearby agencies/officers in the area. I don't know 100%, but some agencies may not have enough officers available, so extra officers from other departments can be summoned to help. I've seen this for fire/ems when a whole apartment block was on fire and like 15 different fire departments arrived to help with the fire. (Since my small town did not have enough equipment and manpower to attack the fire/rescue victims.) Anyone who is familar, please correct or add if I'm wrong..
@@adomagala1 Thank you mate
The US is pretty large and cannot control their emergency services with one agency, so different states have separate agencies for different counties and cities
I like bikes those are nice bikes too yeah nice weather 🤳💅👍🤣🤣👌🙏

How are you able to hear this radio traffic when South Bay is encrypted??
Culver City isn't encrypted
Wait what?? They were the ones that were encrypted first one of the reasons RCC ( South Bay) brought Culver City in was they were encrypted and RCC wanted to use their system for Hermosa, El Segundo, Gardena, & Manhattan beach. Redondo & Torrance felt left out do they all switch the same time in 2020. Here’s a kicker SB1000 passed & now all law enforcement in California that went encrypted need’s to switch back to normal radio traffic before 2024! It didn’t say anything about the fire department’s..
reminds me of the blues brothers
Why is there LAPD oudside of LA?
Not unusual at all. The cities in Los Angeles County are literally across the street from each other. Also, Peace officers in California have jurisdiction anywhere in the State.
Manhattan Beach Explorer wins hands down.......
Yo you got New York City going off over here with these police cars funny 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟👌👌👌👌👌👌👍💅💅💅🤳
*Ehh, I'mma shut up & drink my cuppa corffee, lol 🤣🤣🤣. (That's my best impression of a guy from Brooklyn)*
0:26 why the hell does that Tahoe have such a speaker on the dang rambar
It was put on during the 2020 riots and they never removed it
Imagine driving and seeing a whole bunch of different police cars
Lol
Omg so much police cars crying 😂
😳
Just asking here. If a multi agency search is happening I guess jurisdictional lines don't matter at that point? Also, how is paperwork and reports handled when multiple agencies are involved. Do they switch to a specific channel so everybody from each agency can openly communicate or does the officer communicate to dispatch and dispatch relays the info? All of this is pretty darn cool.
Yes they change to specific Chanel to the area so they can all be on the same page.
The “jurisdictional lines” are bigger than you might think. They are basically the entire state of California. See California Penal Code starting with Section 830, with special attention to 830.1 and 830.2.
This is so common for California. It's sad. Time to just throw the whole state in the trash

They are all everywhere around west La I hope the suspects are in custody
I’m confused, if this is supposed to be a culver city pursuit, why is it everytime they showed CC, you only saw them standing around. It was every other agency that was out driving back & forth, lights & sirens

Gardena, Hermosa, Manhattan, El Segundo all responding? Must have happened in the South Bay, because there's no reason for them to be up that far, from their cities. If it happened in Culver City then Inglewood, LASD, LAPD, SMPD and CHP would make the most sense to provide aid.
Police units are aloud to go out of there city if the supervisor allows it or the others call for mutual aid
@@Andrew408_16 I know that. I'm from LA the closest Cities, to Culver City for mutual aid would be Inglewood and Santa Monica. LAPD, LASD and CHP (Which has a station in Culver city), are the closest major Departments. On a good day Hermosa Beach is a good 20-30min away. Manhattan Beach is a good 20min. Etc.
@@complexblackness it’s not about distance it’s about the relationship departments have with others in the area. It is very very rare for lapd and Lasd to provide mutual aid unless it’s with an airship
Area G mutual aid
Seeing that South Bay Regional Public Communications Authority provides police and fire 9-1-1 dispatch services for the cities of Gardena, Hawthorne, Manhattan Beach, Culver City, El Segundo, and Hermosa Beach it makes sense.
5:19 what a Nissan
Looks like Torrance, Redondo, lapd n chp got the axe lol, but UCPD that neverrrrrrrr happens!

Why is there a lapd cop if it's regular police
Can we all just appreciate the ugliness of those Hawthorne PD cruisers 😂
They have some very unique graphics and programming
Where was this mutual aid during the protests!?!
It was there. I recall both Santa Monica and Culver City PD assisting Beverly Hills
