■Cocoa roll cake
4 egg white
50g sugar
4 egg yolks
30g sugar
25g vegetable oil
30g hot water
30g cake flour
15g cocoa powder
■Ganache cream
180g sweet chocolate
150ml heavy cream
15g unsalted butter
■Cocoa cream
8g sugar
3g cocoa powder
50ml heavy cream
strawberry

1. 계란 4개 흰자 노른자 분리 2. 흰자에 설탕 50g 3번 나눠서 휘핑 3. 노른자는 거품기로 저어주다가 설탕 30g 넣고 저어저어 4. 그리고 식물성 기름 25g 넣고 또 저어 5. 뜨거운물 30g 넣고 또 휘휘 6. 박력분 30g 코코아가루 15g 체 쳐서 섞섞 7. 머랭 친거 나눠서 넣으며 섞섞 8. 평평한 판에 넣고 예열된 오븐에 190도 11분~15분 그리고 식혀 9. 60도정도로 끓은 생크림 150ml를 초콜렛 180g과 섞섞 10. 버터 15g 넣고 중탕 섞섞 11. 식힌 시트에 얇게 펴바르고 말아 12. 냉장고에 1시간 이상 고고

Is it just me or does it seem like some of the cooking channels times are being cut shorter? Either way, your desserts are always so pretty for presentation and look so delicious! Keep up the good work 😊❤👍

Thanks for your recipe. This seems a lot simpler than the traditional genoise. The only problem I have is the dimensions of the baking pan, I'm in the US, and I don't think 375mm x 240mm (14.76in x 9.45in) is a standard size, the nearest standard size I think is the jelly-roll pan which is 15.5in x 10.5in (394mm x 267mm) so will have to try to adjust. In any case, thanks for your wonderful videos.

Just wondering why you beat the whites first. 🤔 As soon as you finish beating them, you've only got so much time before they start to collapse and separate.
