UN Village, located in Hannam-dong, Seoul, is one of the wealthiest villages in Korea.
In particular, since there is only one entrance to the neighborhood and you have to travel by car, it has the advantage of protecting your privacy well.
It also has the great advantage of having a good view of the Han River.
So, famous celebrities in Korea (Suga, Jenny, Bang Si-hyuk, Psy, Taeyang, etc.)
It is also a place where chaebols (families of leading Korean companies) live.

  • Korea's rich people are really in touch with the public. Where they live looks like my neighborhood. In Turkey, the rich and famous people buy mansions from the Bosphorus and you cannot go near their homes.

  • I have to say it’s a great job just walking around with no comments and keeping your breath in to let the real city noise create the perfect illusion of walking there myself, (wish you could recreate the smell and the wind, but give it another 20 years and you possibly will with todays technologies 😄). I like it, it makes me feel like a real life tourist and what the experience be like, I suppose if I’m in Seoul one day, I’d make the same walk to see my God’s, Suga’s house and I don’t care how good it looks from outside, places like this you pay for the view from your window and the private space with no people around, Korea is a small country and Seoul is overpopulated. Also, I believe we are looking at the apartments, not the “house”, apartments are just offices for celebrities, everyone has got a country home somewhere, and possibly more than one, watch Suga’s documentary Road to D-Day… Anyway, well done 👍

If I had ever made it to the top, I'd need extra oxygen, for sure....😅 It's a shame all these expensive houses have no gardens, you won't find that in Germany (where I live). All the rich people here live in huge villas with huge gardens around it. I liked Jenny's house the best, it looks really nice. Well, and once you've got a big terrace in your apartment you don't need a garden. Love your videos, please keep on walking! 👍💜✌️🥰

  • Your video was fantastic. You did such an excellent job filming despite having to walk the entire time. I get that it's winter in the video and it's not going to look certainly up to it's potential but there's no way in hell I would live there for any amount. There's really no privacy at all unless you stay in the closet, which would be all these places are, a big closet. A balcony isn't not going to cut it for outdoor space and I don't want a river view. I want to be on a river. For that amount of cash, I want it all to myself. There's those I don't understand that love city life. But it's not going to ever be me.

  • صراحه الحي أو القريه ما عجبتني يعني مهي راقيه هذاك الرقي حسيتها عاديه جدا كأنك داخل غابه والفلل والعماير بجانب بعض معقول هذا أرقى حي بكوريا و اخي ما فيها خدمات يعني المفروض يكون في خدمات راقيه وحتى الشوارع ضيقه انصدمت بس التصميم من الداخل روعه وحلو مع إنوا بالإمكان يكون افضل رأيي الشخصي❤

If I purchased an apartment do I have to pay money to the owner every month till we live or Do I can pay for the owner all the money and I can live till my death as a owner of my apartment or should I have to pay money for certain years which they give the apartment for me and I have to look after other apartment after the end of that certain years?

    • There are three types of real estate residence in Korea. 1. Sale - Buying a house. If you purchase a villa, apartment, or single-family home, you own the house and can live in it until you die. 2. Monthly rent - Living while paying rent every month. You pay a certain amount of rent to your landlord each month. Instead, you must put down a deposit when signing the first contract, and you can get the deposit back when you move out. 3. Jeonse- A unique system found only in Korea. This is a system where you give a deposit of about 70% of the house sale price to the owner of the house and live there for two years. You can get your deposit back when the contract ends. I hope it was helpful😊😊

  • Очень рада за Шугу, что он своим талантом и трудолюбием сумел заработать средств на достойную жизнь. Скорее всего жильё у него имеется и другое. Парни все купили квартиры и своим родителям. P.S., Прошу прощения у всех поклонников БТС, да и у самих ребят тоже, но Сеул (по крайней мере районы, где живут селебрити) совершенно не производит впечатление. Архитектура не очень красивая, мало зелёных насаждений и мест, где можно комфортно прогуляться. Узкие неудобные улочки. После Москвы и домов, где живёт Российская элита - заштатный городочек.

  • صراحه الحي أو القريه ما عجبتني يعني مهي راقيه هذاك الرقي خشيتها عاديه جدا كأنك داخل غابه والفلل والعماير بجانب بعض معقول هذا أرقى حي بكوريا و اخي ما فيها خدمات يعني المفروض يكون في خدمات راقيه وحتى الشوارع ضيقه انصدمت😢
