    • I'm wondering the same thing as my Fitbit Luxe is the perfect size for my small wrist. (But as usual with Fitbit products it doesn't last more than a year). I don't think manufacturers care abt us small wristed ladies/peeps. Apple Watches and Versas kill my wrist after long periods. (I don't want to buy the inside 3 as I don't like the design as much as the luxe and I'm kinda over Fitbit atp).

  • Hi KS. Faces that display just hours and minutes could show time that is almost a minutes late. Do any of the watchfaces show seconds please? Better still can you put together your own custom watch face using the individual elements you want like: Day of week, heart rate, paces (pity they don't do distance instead as that is probably what is measured), battery etc?

    • Hi Fab, I think it has a watch face that have heart rate and others toh=gether with the time, but you need to find it in the Mi fitness app watch faces and more watch faces that you can choose. Thanks

    • I suggest look for honor, huawei and xiaomi band china version with NFC and it is budget friendly and other brand. But with GPAY, it is not supported, only alipay and weixin pay. Hope this help. thanks

  • My 6 is dying ( I accidentally took it scuba diving my bad) but the fact I can use my 6 straps with the 7 whereas i wont be able to with the 8 makes the 7 more interesting. The main benefit to me of the 8 might be i can use NFC for payments but Ive not seen any reference to that working in the UK..

  • My mi 7 screen is not cracked but it's lcd is all Lines n n just lights up on its own although it still tracks my steps n sleep. Any hope that it gets fixed?

  • From my experience using new mi band 8 comparing to band 6 gives me bad experience. Software is worse. I can’t transfer stats from previous band. Timer is less intuitive. Band loses bluetooth connection with phone. Vibration fells weaker. I don’t fell this nice transition. That my feeling. I’m not fully satisfied 😢

  • I noticed that mb8 gives much less pai points comparing to mb7. The difference in my case is up to 3 times. Im boxing once a week and lifting in a gym twice and mb7 gave almost 100 pai for that. MB8 gives 50 at best.

    • Hi Engi, thanks for the info, MB7 and 8 is not 100% accurate like the actual punch by numbers or walk by steps, sometimes counts exceeds to 6 or more that in our actual counting. But it is so close same with the expensive smartwatches not 100% accurate as well. Thanks

    • They both the same in accuracy in health, sleep monitoring and other's the deferent is 8 is more upgraded system and much more vivid amoled display and with new features and important it has a watch face that can play games and more battery life that the MB7. Hope this help you decide and always remeber it is not 100% percent accurate and it is not intended for medical use. Thanks

    • i was in doubt too, but i ended up buying mi band 8 after the global edition came out, pretty much just because i found it prettier with the metal design; but honestly after all the reviews i've watched, i think mb7 is the better option when it comes to software

    • ​@juliarosa7518 I really love how the Mi Band 8 looks like, but if you come to think of it, the metal frame is prone to getting scratched over time, with wear and tear. Whereas with the Band 7, there's a peace of mind with the silicon strap protecting the Band, because then you can put it anywhere without getting worried about the scratches.

    • Hi Nik, hindi ko pa na try na alisin yung Chinese character niya na lumalabas sa personal watch faces, saakin naman okay lang yon. I think hindi mo ma edit yon or maaalis, pwedi molang palitan yung font style, using Mi Fitness app. Pero kong ikaw ay tech app/programer/developer genius puwedi mo maalis yun. Thanks

    • I think so, every strap has duration that is defending in your everyday use. I suggest get a replacement backup or deferent color for alternation to prolong your strap. Thanks

  • I have the globel one how do i use my owm pictures as display ? My Mi fitness app doest have the option of customizing Edit: Never mind I have found it. Thanks. Mine is in the Dutch language and I was some how looking for the customizing option 😅 in English instead of Dutch.

    • If you need with NFC that you can use when you are traveling use with online payments, Chinese version have. Global version is available now but with out an NFC. Chinese text in the personalized photo is just okay with me, no big deal as long I understand the time numbers in english. But right now global version is out go get that one instead. Thanks
