Clearly the GT 705 was being modest so as not to completely obliterate the paltry Ryzen 7 out of existence. Only few human technologies (if any) are capable of handling this absolute beast of a graphics card, a very delicate and complex state-of-the-art piece of brilliant silicon engineering, brought to us by some unknown advanced alien civilization. I hope one day humanity will have the right tools and knowledge to harness the full potential out of this one-of-a-kind artifact.

It's unfortunate how unoptimized java minecraft is compared to bedrock. i can run 30+ chunks on bedrock with a 5 5600x but java takes a dump when i move 6 blocks with 16 chunks lol. good video btw!
Weird my ryzen 5 2600x can run 256 chunks with sodium+ distant horizons mod.

Here’s a very good setting for low end gpus: set the render scaling to 0.6 and the shadow scaling to 0.5. Then set the anti aliasing to 4xSMAA. It looks almost like before and it helped me get 1/4 more fps.
Does the old G100 still work in the current version of Minecraft? Would love to see some new Minecraft videos. I am not always a huge Minecraft player, but you just make the videos entertaining :)

to let you know, low settings in Minecraft is likely 30-40% less intensive than high setting, Im saying about putting everything to the lowest possible and ig you can play it in 720p with around 100 with like literally anything on this planet

the continum shaders presets dont work well on iris when you set it to like low it sets it to something like high or ultra btw HRR in the SEUS PTGI HRR3 shader doesn't actually mean Half Resolution Render it actually means High Refresh Rate but i really enjoyed the video

Minecraft has been insanely stuttery ever since they started using Java 17 . My pc with a gtx 750 ti + i5 3570 can run on the newest version of minecraft, with sildurs vibrant medium shaders , and medium shadows in shaders settings ( 10 chunks ) , at a stable 60+ fps pretty much most of the time. But the second I load a new chunk the frame drops are INSANE. It can drop to 30-40 fps or as low as ~13 fps
turn on lazy chunk loading.

I would really like if you did benchmarks besides from just testing games. You can stress GPUs and CPUs with various other methods as well. I am really interested how the 4080 will hande vidoe encoding with 8 8k 60fps vidoes playing at same time. I am interested how the 13600k will render graphics instead of your GPU (possible if you un-install graphics drivers and keep the standard VGA driver). Try to see how certain GPUs will do a blender render. Please try such different apporaches to benchmarks.
Nvidia artificially limits how many decoding/encoding instances can be run at the same time so it probably can't run 8x8K

Ohohoho mahyhee goooosh. I just looked up the tech power up of it and the memory is terrible. My NVS 2100M is basically a Geforce 210 except it has DDR3 VRAM making it 12.64GB/s vs the 705's 13.20GB/s and with only half the memory. Normally a GT 705 would be a worthy upgrade over a Geforce 210 but only because of the DDR3. With DDR3 bandwidth the 705 seems like a pointless low end upgrade even back then. Heck, Nvidia kept re-releasing the Geforce 210 with slightly better performance per revision.
please test sodium and iris as I think most users on a low end gpu would be using these as it boosts fps dramatically :)

You should try this gpu test in the latest biome, which is only in version 1.19, namely the mangrove swamp biome, which is very tough even without a shader.

Geese, I wonder what will work better for my NVS 2100M: Optifine, or Sodium... Yeah, no. Sodium is clearly built for powerful systems. Optifine is the all rounder that improves the regular Minecraft experience as a whole. I have no idea what Sodium will do to a 1.16 or 1.20 world with my kind of hardware.
Test with 3060 Soft Voxel shaders? You can KZhead "soft Voxel shader" and it's the one with the portal to see it. Video tests with a 4090.
