If you realize it, it is really unbelievable that this Airbus A380 with all the trimmings continues to fly in the air with a weight of almost 600000 kilograms. A sample of technology, intelligence and craftsmanship!!!! Awesome !!!

So true
I didn't realise how much I miss all of those sounds!
love flying. don't care for government bullshit at airports

I was flying on a Lufthansa a380, incredible experience. Firstly, when you saw all the cabin crew arriving to the aircraft you realised how big it is, like 25 cabin crew people needed. Secondly when you boarded, when you saw that it had 3 gates to board. Thirdly you could not even feel when we touched down, it was so smooth.
Lufthansa must be good. I think imma travel with Lufthansa this year. Got any tips for me?
Hi My name is muhammad mehmood i request to all friends please trust me i need some money because i want to open my own business....I have been trying for the last 7 years but I fail more and more because i don't have much money please help me friends.
I bet! The bigger the plane, the less it would feel turbulence, take off, touch down, etc. I hope one day I can fly on a A380!!!
@@justinjohn5114 I think they are decent. And the Lufthansa a380 will return next year, so hopefully you can fly it.
@@tomasgomez9925 I hope so too for you!
That oversized wing (two of them)...such gems of engineering. The sheer size is mesmerizing.
The flaps retracting sounded soooooo good, the high pitch whine was amazing!

In most of the planes, other than A380, the flaps move in and out almost unheard in the cabin...

Wow, one of the rare KZhead videos where someone didn't feel the need to talk over the top of it then layer music over for good measure! Thanks for showing the rest how videos are done.

I love England! Do you?! Georgeous scenery!!!
Hello
What a magnificent piece of engineering.
Agreed about too much taxing though.
For sure ! How many people does it carry ?
+Kevin Fairweather The A380 is certified for up to 853 passengers and crew. An engineering marvel that isn't soon to be beat!
Cheers, i will be going on one in January to India, well looking forward to it !
please report back because i plan to go on one, come hell or high water!
Just amazing that 10 minutes after takeoff, the plane is already over milton keynes.
Nobody wants to spend too long over Milton Keynes!

I’m going on a plane for the first time in 3 years in around 9 days time. Ever since I was young, (around 5) I’ve wanted to be a pilot or even a flight attendant. I’ve always had a special love for flying, I’m going to achieve my dream job one day.
3:05 that is the best sound in the world
That sound is a electric motor for start engines, I think that is called bleed
Where is the big plane. See wing
Actually hydraulics extending flaps
The amount of times that this video is on my recommended and the amount times I press on it because why not😆😆😆
Me too! Such a beautiful plane, beautiful day and beautiful scenery! So glad I'm not on it though, because I am terrified of flying! I like to live vicariously 😁
@@lizgascoigne4262 hahahahaha, it is such a beauty it's on my bucket list to go on it one day
I don't know about you, but I adore the sound of the flaps mechanisms.
Glad I'm not the only one. I was so giddy over the sound!
I like the sound aswell
Kanoodle - Bro, I love the sight and sound of those fu*kin’ flaps. 😊
They sound beautifully amazing!
True😂😂
England looks so green and beautiful
I had no idea the control surface was so complex. Awesome. I'd spend the entire flight watching the ailerons, mesmerised.
In a documentary I've watched about the a 380 the cheif engineer said that the wing was the most perfect wing that he had designed
What a beautiful aircraft. Thank you for the excellent video!!! Bravo Dantorp!!!!
The jet blast making patterns in the grass made my day!
Aidan Hutchison Just sheer power. I know what you mean. It's those little things.
that was only "fan" mode
Aidan Hutchison hoow sad
A380 Outboard engines cannot reverse thrust to eliminate risk of blowing up earth and stones.
Just shows how vast the true London suburbs are. Most of green there is suburbia until near the end of the video. The London zoning is totally inadequate.
Heathrow is on the west edge of London. A take off to the west will be over open fields immediately. A take off to the east will be over suburbia for at least a few minutes. It is a big airport but is still much smaller than the likes of Atlanta or Denver.
I love the communication between the pilots & ATC. It has always fascinated me. They know their aviation language ... ✈️💙
The wings on an A380 is probably the most beautifully engineered wings in existence
SpaceAce114 bloody wing is as big as another plane
But you gotta admit you’ll never beat the 787/A350s for Wong flex
i prefer concorde’s
Wings built in Wales UK
The best smoothest and most quietest air craft,,, I have flown few times. Always pleasant and pleasure, this aircraft handles air turbulence very well, hardly noticeable.
It's amazing that 560 tons can get off the ground so gracefully ,only lifted by the wings not the engines
Is it me or is the A380 wing so satisfying.
These wings are huge! Like really huge, in fact everything about this plane is huge, I love it. :)
Ho
Huge.
That's what she said 😉

21:05 That beautiful, breathtaking moment when you go full thrust, the engines spool up, the majestic elephantine A380 starts lumbering forward, you experience the roar of the engines with all you senses, grass starts to blow violently, and you hold your breath, waiting for full thrust to kick in and throw you back in your seat.
Put down the drugs, and call the nearest rehab center, you dimwitted addict.

British Airways is by far my favorite airliner. Business Class and 1st are impeccable. The flight attendants are jovial and fun. High marks, And...since I'm living in San Francisco, I love the U.K.!

Yes, this video wasn't taken with a potato cam.
I flew in and out of London twice. But it was with smaller Finnair planes. Still, the landscapes were just breathtaking. The largest plane I was on was a KLM 747. Really looking forward to my first trip with the a380, what a spectacular bird!
Can't get enough of this upload! The awesome A380!! I look forward to my flight later this year. :-)
I had the pleasure of flying on one of these last month and it was quite the experience. Your mind is telling you that something that size should not be able to move at all, let alone so fast and gracefully. I thought it would have been like a cruise ship on the ocean, where you can't feel any real movement. The acceleration and lift when you take off just crushes you into your seat, and once you get to altitude, you cannot feel anything, maybe the occasional bump that reminds you that you are indeed zooming through the air at three hundred knots or more. The landing was equally smooth. In addition, I flew business class, which is the only way to go. My ticket was $9000 (round trip) and worth every penny (because I told my boss I wouldn't go otherwise). Ahh...the life...
Charlie Foxtrot The 3rd LOL you forced your boss to get you business class A380 tickets or you wouldn't go! I think I would've done the same haha!
What G force can you possibly feel on a jet that is so heavy that it takes forever to take off?
I would not like to hit an air pocket in one of those huge planes, We hit an air pocket over the North Atlantic on the way to LA. And when we hit it, the plane without warning fell like a stone, for what seemed like ages, then it shook violently when it hit the air again. It was a really scary moment, we all thought we were going to die. Thankfully we landed in LA around 10 hours later, and I lived to tell the tale.
bless you
thank you.
Beautiful! Just beautiful! Brought back memories of my flights in and out of Heathrow! Kind of forgot how long it took to taxi out to take off position! Thank you.

Flown on these beautiful planes countless times all over the world since the first one with Singapore airlines in 2008 to New Zealand. The smoothest, quietest most comfortable flights and so sad to they aren’t building any more. Never get bored watching clips on you tube ❤️❤️
I flew on this very A380 (G-XLEG), from LAX to LHR last week. Very smooth, beautiful plane, quick take-off.

I’ve been bingeing on plane crash videos. Nice to see this one.
Thank you. Beautiful. We need to capture these things. Our grandchildren and those who come after need to be able to see this. Well done.
For those of you complaining about the time it took to taxi. Terminal 5 is at the West end of the Airport. The take off runway in use was 27R, which is the Northern Runway running from East to West. The runway is 3,902metres long, so that was the distance they had to taxi to take off
Superb and interesting filming. thank you, enjoyed it immensely.
I've seen hundreds of behind the wing take off vids and this is the BEST.
There is nothing to comment, A380 works always great.
I love british airways so much

@@thegteam4349 amazing
Absolutely Fantastic.
Taking off is the most surreal feeling, when it happened first I was shocked at how high we climed and so fast, marvels of engineering
I don't know why...but I just feel safe on BA! Most of their pilots are ex-RAF, they know how to fly!!
Some people wouldn't agree with you but then again they are whinging idiots.
Every pilot knows how to fly😂 as long as they weren’t fucking around while training
Callum O’Neill no BA pilots have more air miles experience than that required by Ryanair or EasyJet
Most of their pilots were ex-RAF in the early years but not any more.
Not true. Commercial airlines mostly won't train ex-military pilots unless they came from Transport Command. Jet Jockeys are the worst at delegation in the cockpit and in a crisis...which is when you need pilots they can't be relied upon to do just their part. Can't have 2 senior captains acting as such on the deck and you cant train that out of them....apparently.
Best yet!! That was indeed one of your most beautiful. Absolutely loved it! So hope to get to LHR one day; only one problem; I would never get to see the UK, as I would never leave the airport! Thanks so much for sharing all the fabulous stuff that you do.
A GREAT JOINT COUNTRY DEVELOPEMENT AND THE "SHARKLETS" aka "WINGLETS" ON THIS GIANT AIRLINER SERVES VERY IMPORTANT FUNCTIONS. WHAT A MASTERPIECE THE A380 AIRBUS IS! THANKS.
The A380 in economy is like no other, spacious and it really feels like a premium seat.
Absolutely stunning!
