  • This clip proves that comedy is very hard. Regardless of your status, you still have to be funny. Mike Epps always seems to be enjoying himself when performing and that's the key regardless of the vibe of the room. I used to do comedy years ago and I performed at a show and had a horrible set. Mike Epps was there and said "don't sweat that crowd, you're funny." that was nice of him to do that. There were other famous comics that nite that i won't name that showed me no love, only Epps. I have nothing but good things to say about Epps. Love the old ladies bit : "You're food down there in the microwave" HA.

    • @@monsters_are_human I appreciate that!. I didn’t take it that way at all. I do miss doin it sometimes, but the bs i went through to do it wasn’t fun. Got burned out, bored and disinterested with hustling jokes. However, stand up gave me freedom to say what i wanted to say. It makes me VERY happy when people go on my site and the stand up is what they like the best cuz at least they like me performing as myself and not just playing a character.

    • @@monsters_are_human If u really wanted to try it, I’d suggest doing an open-mic and seein how it feels. Comedy is in the bones. It has to be a NEED to get up there and do it. Then again, if u have stage fright, maybe performing isn’t the way to go. Its not for everyone. Sorry bout your depression. Hang in there.
