  • Thank you for this beautiful amazing song. This is my husband and I. I lost my precious husband this May 2016. He would say all these beautiful words to me. On the weekends, he would close the from door and say "goodbye" world, and then put on the music and we both would go on the deck and have the time of our lives. During the week was just as priceless. When I first heard this song, it made me stop in my tracks, as it just flooded in my heart, that yes, I held my husband's hand, at his bedside, until heaven brought him home. Oh my gosh, thank you.

  • A few years ago, I played this song at the wedding of a friend. He was a young and bold man, full of dreams and projects for the future. Six months after his wedding, he suddenly passed away. Coincidentally, it happened on a day of september, the month mentioned in the song. Rather than a sad story, I am pretty sure that this song at his wedding can be seen as a message for all those who loved him, that he died a happy man, next to the person he loved, his wife. After all, he did what he wanted, he passed the rest of his days next to her. I am eagerly waiting for the day I will meet someone and have a relationship like the one they had.   • This was mine and my husband’s song. And tells our love story. It was a hit the year we met and we loved so many of the lyrics including dancing under the September stars in the pouring rain, driving a sports car up the coast of California. He passed away unexpectedly last week. I hope he died a happy man.
