And the rice water?
Sometimes the best skin care are the natural methods (plus a good immune system which comes from eating healthy foods). Otherwise, skin care brands thrive off of bad habits
Yes. I believe the nutrition.
I am a Asian too (NEPAL), we also use rice face mask but our rice face mask is quite different, We simply take rice powder mix it with raw milk or crude, honey and some turmeric if you want to and apply to face & body and trust me it's so good 😊
Omg saaaaame with a pinch of tumeric (I'm Somali)
Do you rinse it off or is it a leave-on?

1. Take 3tbs of rice and rinse it 3 times 2. Save the last time's water for future purposes 3. Cook it till we see some gooey structure forming (can add more water if needed) Soak rice for 30 mins before cooking 4. Add 1 ts of organic honey and blend BAM THERE YA GO! leave on for 20 mins After washing it off use the rice water and cotton as toner pads DONE

@@maryamjan6727 yesh i think so since rice is pretty good for skin and hair. But i do recommend adding more water to it so that the mixture won't be a dough

Love seeing how this mask is so common in asian households! I'm a Pakistani and we make this a little different, my mom adds a bit of glycerin, two tablespoons of rose water along with some vitamin e capsules and she also blends a half tomato along with rice since it has amazing properties and i swear on it, this thing does wonders!
For smooth glowing skin: 1 - I drink good amount of water. It's beneficial. Try to consume at least 2 liters water every day. 2 - Daily, I cleanse my face with riceeberry face wash from litleextra. Although I sometimes skip due to impatience. It's effective, but consistent daily application is necessary. 3 - I avoid any kind of soap etc. 4 - I stay away from junk food. 5 - I make sure to exercise for 30 minutes every day. Together, these practices contributed to my clear, radiant skin without any acne, dark spots and pimples.
In my personal view, litleextra riceberyy Face Wash is an excellent option for people with dehydrated or sensitive skin. It strikes the optimal balance between complete cleansing and maintaining skin hydration. The absence of undesirable scent and the mild formula make it a dependable choice for regular application. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking an easy and efficient face wash.
I've been following on to her routines and my skin is actually so beautiful, before it was weird but after I started doing these it's so much better you guys should try these, I totally recommend it 🍒 lots of love from korean🍒

For oily skin you can add Fooler's Earth ( aka Multani Mitti ) with that paste. Because I use rice flour mask with rose water, honey, wild turmeric and multani mitti to fight pimples and pimple marks

Hey I have a question- Why do people skip the philtrum (moustache area) when it comes to using a facial mask? 😭 that’s like one of the most popular parts to get discolouration- is the skin there sebsitive or smth?
i believe skipping that area while using anything involved rice water is bc rice water stimulates hair growth and applying it on the moustache area for females would cause the unwanted hair growth there (this is why I think it is and I was told the same by a friend)
Wat is the rice name that u use ??
