The classic troy strat: win the first 2-3 races by a couple placements and go up 6-8 points then get absolutely obliterated in the next race by Nick and never being able to recover from it for the rest of the episode.

Nothing like a Flounderfest episode to get rid of your troubles every Monday. Especially if you're birthday is on Wednesday. My birthday is this Wednesday and I hope you guys enjoyed this episode as much as I did when it uploaded today.
Imagine if they did this again, but with all of the opponents going Bowser + Piranha Prowler with the weight stat maxed out… and only being able to use Koopa Troopa, Dry Bones, Toad, or Toadette (none of whom have a weight bonus).
Or if everyone including Troy and Nick were on the Prowler using Bowser and both Troy and Nick had zero weight. They’d have massive hit boxes with no weight.
There are other heavyweights besides only Bowser as well I believe. It is interesting
@@kriskohls7211 Donkey Kong and Wario also have weight bonuses, but Bowser has the highest. This matters more because that means it’s the heaviest character in the game (Bowser) versus the four lightest characters.

@@arkofpolaris4646 Characters have hitboxes in Mario Kart Wii? I guess I shouldn’t be surprised, but it always slipped my mind. At the same time, however, I don’t think this alters the vehicle hitboxes.
Idea for another episode: Team mode, but only the points from the teams' captains are counted. So the teams players try to protect their captain/draft him or attack the opposing captain.

I may have discovered a new glitch. I was attempting the rainbow road kart moon jump and hit the railing from the right side and it bounced me to the left. The only use I can think of is dk mountain to do the gap cut quicker but you need to be in the air I think.

I remember the island from when bump fest happened on DK parkway I'm not familiar with the name but theres a spiral with a canon effect and the ending shortcut through mud.
Flounderfest/mod idea: make the hop before charging a mini turbo 3 times as big. So if u wanna charge a mini turbo into a corner you fly outwards 3 times as far
Imagine if he got parkway and the right circumstances lined up so he made it to quacker island. Also is it possible to somehow launch over the ramp in parkway and go over it and back onto the main land/water?
I got an idea for a future episode - both of u have a wheel with every vehicle in the game on it and u spin before each race and whatever u land on u use for a race/GP
You couldve also played MKDS using a light character vs pure heavies for the same effect as this

Idea for a challenge: The Initial D Challenge Set track playlist, Nintendo and Custom tracks. All tracks must have a mountain theme and a technical layout with multiple hairpin turns. Karts Only. Manual Drift only. All karts modified to have zero mini-turbo. No items.
This would be fun combined with 24 players
normal vehicles: if you get hit by this you will get hurt .0001 weight quacker: if you get hit by it you will get tickled
Also good character choice; both Baby Mario and Baby Luigi have weight 8, but Baby Luigi has speed 5.
Also, I don't know if you noticed, but you saved Nick from your own red shell!
