Last November I had the pleasure of putting together this piece for Pennzoil celebrating the history and culture of the GTR. From sunrise mountain runs to 3am antics on the streets of Tokyo - This project had it all and was an absolute blast to create.
For 110 years Pennzoil has been pioneering motor oil so drivers like all of us can pursue our passions. Here's to the next mile we can all share together.

I was in a white rental Civic Type R FK8 in the Tokyo Aqua Bay tunnel when you guys blasted past me at 4 A.M.! That rumble approaching me from behind was just HYPE inducing. Made my first time in Japan that much more epic!

Ive shown this to people who hopped on the EV car bandwagon really fast. Whenever they ask me "why do I care about gas powered cars anymore"- this is the answer. This is passion, years of heritage that wont die but will only get stronger (rb26, 2jz), and just downright good culture and all the good turbo sounds to ever come with it. 🎉

Nothing makes me happier when I see a glimpse of the GTR’s in any of your videos. Purely seeing this one dedicated to the GTR’s in Japan takes it to another level.
