Join me as I explore the stunning Surrey countryside in search of Darford Warblers and Short-eared Owls, with a very lucky bonus sighting thrown in for good measure!
🦉 The morning starts with some stunning low level mist and spectacular sunrise, and ends with a parliament of Owls hunting over the moorland.
📷 With the incredible Sony A1 in my hand, paired with the FE 200-600 G lens, I am able to capture some footage and images that I am extremely happy with.
🍂 Thursley Common is a beautiful place, locted in the south east of England, in south west Surrey and is home to a diverse tappestry of flora and fauna.

Wow that was awesome. I'm just beginning my hunt for short eared owls here in Ireland after moving here from New Zealand. We, my wife and I saw our first one last week but failed to get any good shots of it , but we will be back as soon as we can. All the videos we have watched thus far that have starred the short ears seem to have paddocks with longish grass. Im enjoying your vids and esp enjoy your ethos and your motivations.

Such a relaxing video Adam - stunning footage & photos too. Particularly enjoyed the Hen Harrier shots, and the SEO with it's legs hanging out. We're truly blessed to have so many SEOs in the UK at the moment! We're all at it, I released a video on these beauties yesterday too 😂 there's no escaping short-eared owls on social media is there

08:31 Its such as shame to still see people wander straight into the owls hunting ground. Many of us didn't expect the owls to stay as long because of people trying to get closer. I can see you did the right thing and kept your distance. Thank you.
