There is a glitch in ranked where if you and another person pick the same brawler at the same time it freezes you. So, all you can do is wait and lose reputation.

Nah, this sht happened to me today, like I was in matchmaking and it froze on 6/6 players found, and then I re-entered the game, and everything was ok and I went another game. Then, ban stage happened and game ended with “player (my nickname) left the game” and I saw that I got suspended for 3 hours for nothing. And then, I re-entered game another time, and guess what? I got suspended for even more, for 24 hours for nothing🗿. This is so frustrating
