  • Love your vlogs Helin! So the reason why we soak rice is to remove the majority of the starch (what makes the rice sticky). When we remove it and cook it, that’s how the rice is nice and fluffy without being gummy or sticky

  • Hey girl! The luteal phase is not part of the menstrual cycle but it is the 3rd phase of the ovarian cycle! Luteal refers to the corpus luteum which is found in the ovaries. Menstrual refers to menstruation which happens to the uterus and so menstruation is the 1st phase of the uterine cycle. Ovarian and uterine are synchronized but they are 2 different cycles.
