  • Season the meat first - mix well - then roll into a ball, then press onto the tortilla. Press the chopped onions onto the meat then fry.

    • I find you don't really have to mix at all. Just season your meat portions well, rolling them into a ball somewhat aggressively (push the meat around a bit before you ball it) works very well. Over handling the ground beef is a rookie mistake. Also place the raw beef on the grill, then tortilla and smash it. Better sear this way

  • I tried them but changed everything. So instead of the lettuce and pickles I added the traditional Mexican taco toppings with a salsa and it was pretty delish👌
