As a Dutch person, a European i really feel betrayed; I'm a huge eurovision fan, watched it every year, yet you are (as I feel) putting a blind eye to the story. Im from NL too, and I agree with you 100%. His behaviour during the press conference was appaling. Him ánd his team who should've adressed his behaviour, they only have themselves to blame. They let us all down.

They've released a statement. It was just a paparazzi woman harassing Joost for the 2nd time in 2 weeks in a moment where the Dutch delegation had made clear in advance agreements that he cannot be filmed after the concert and she kept filming him anyway. Joost then made a gesture of putting her phone down without touching her. That was all.

On odds stability is the fact. Usually last minute jumps are not reflection of will win . My guess is Croatia , Ukraine will also collect some good points and Ireland may surprise us.
