As a Nigerian and a civil servant having to hear about and read about cases like this almost everyday this hits so deeply. I burst into tears because you don't know how many women, men and children are displaced, seeking asylum, and in the worst cases trafficked in the UK. These people are survivors and warriors of things many of us can never bare to imagine. We as a society need to be kind, patient and compassionate to all, specifically people within our institutions, charities, and organisations. 🙏🏾💜
