Thanks for the review! This is so helpful!
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks for the review!
Thanks for the great video!
Thanks for the great review.
No worries!
I want to learn Japanese. No specific reason I just find the language as well as their writing specifically intresting and I love the culture. I am not sure if this comment enters me into the giveaway for the act prep or if this is just the language course but figured I would comment! I got a backup college I am happy with but I am bad at testing and did bad on my first few ACT test. I am hoping to raise my score so I can get into harvard, major in CS, and use the army guard to pay for my degree!
Gracias por el review
Thanks for the video!
No worries!
Great video, thank you.
I want to learn Spanish because I live in Texas and speaking Spanish would definitely benefit me.
Great video. Both seem like good options for learning a new language.
Thanks for all the work you put into the language reviews. Hoping to get one of them when I save up enough $, or win one 😏
Good luck!
Well done LingoPie vs Rosetta Stone review. Thank you.
I like that Rosetta Stone offers the content for a lifetime for the cost.
This is such a helpful video review of Rosetta Stone vs LingoPie. Thank you 😊
You’re welcome 😊
Great breakdown of each programs. I'm definitely not at the level for LingoPie yet.
Great once you have a solid foundation
I’m a grad student working on my phd in clinical psychology. I want to learn an additional language to become a multi-lingual psychologist. I particularly want to learn not only language but cultural nuances and how that affects the therapeutic process.
I’m looking to learn Spanish because I’m a medical professional. I want to be able to communicate with all the patients that come through my hospital doors. Because being able to properly communicate with my patients is something that I definitely consider as part of the healing process With Rosetta Stone, there is definitely structure which I can appreciate, but I’m not sure that immersion is best for everyone. I mean, how do we learn to swim? Well it’s definitely not by just being thrown in the water and told to swim, without knowing anything about it. LingoPie seems like a very good entertaining “supplemental” tool, but with no real structure, it’s not something that I would rely on solely
Thanks for the thoughts! Appreciate it
I would like to learn French. One of my best friends is French and he wanted to take us on a tour of France. Learning French would help become more fully immersed in the culture and a better way to get the full experience.
That would be awesome - personal tour of France
Yessir 👍
This is really interesting! I've been lucky enough to get to study abroad in both Rome and Tokyo during law school, and while learning and using italian and japanese was a priority for me, it had to coexist with my busy law school schedule. Now that I'm graduating soon, I'm interested in branching out more with my language-learning apps.
Nice! That's great. What language will you start with?
@@TestPrepInsight I’ve been wanting to work on my Spanish!
Thanks for all the info. Trying to determine the best route to teach our homeschool 8 year old a new language
Babbel, Rosetta Stone, Mondly Kids - all good apps. Then once they hit a certain level, try Rocket!
i've been hearing good things about lingopie, gonna give it a try i think
I'd want to learn Spanish because it's a beautiful language that is pretty prevalent in the US. I'd like to be able to communicate with as many people as possible.
Great call! Thanks for watching!
I used Rosetta Stone when I was younger great resource
Thanks for watching and sharing!
Rosetta stone has a lot of name recognition.
Thanks for the insight, can Rosetta Stone be used for children
Yes, and it's actually one of the better apps for kids. Also try Babbel and Mondly Kids
@@TestPrepInsight Thank you, will do
I'm currently learning Chinese, because I love Asian culture and it just seemed like a great choice for me. Though I was also thinking of learning French someday because I live right on the Border and maybe for some other things.
That's awesome. Thanks for watching and sharing!
The link Rosseta does not apply the discount.
It should link to a sale they have with the lifetime plan for $149. Are you seeing that?
I want to try Rosetta Stone just to perfect my pronunciation!
It's great for that
None of these apps have the language I am wanting to learn :(
Which language is that?
@@TestPrepInsight I'm wanting to learn Norwegian

As far as immersion goes, I actually really like the way Pimsleur does it so far. Basically, the further you get in the lessons, the more instructions start being given in the target language. It would be amazing if they had stories like those Rosetta Stone ones that you showed.
That would be a good addition to Pimsleur. Thanks for sharing!
