  • Hello, I'm going to explain all the scenery. It's not mine, it belongs to a Russian youtuber whose channel is called: Prefessor Georgievsky. Dimash leaves nothing to chance, he gets involved in everything and everything from the beginning has its meaning. At the beginning you see people with black capes, medieval style like their clothes. There are 9 women and 9 men all with lit candles. At the end of all of them is Dimash and if you look closely you see a big round light and another small flash of light. The lyrics as you say is "stranger in the land of strangers". He wants to start over but he also says that this place is familiar to him as if he had been there before but it is supposed to be the first time. When she sings after the chorus and makes those notes, the first one more serious and the second more acute that seems like a baby crying... Then she makes those two very high treble notes and at that moment, the ones with the candles put them all out. Explanation: the 9 men and the 9 women represent the 9 months of pregnancy, whether it is a boy or a girl, the candles are the "lighting". The large final sphere represents the uterus of a pregnant woman and the small flash of light is the embryo... When it makes those sharp notes as if they were crying a baby, they extinguish the candles because the "delivery" or delivery has already taken place, already the child has been born and if we go back to the words of I feel that I know this place that has been before... Meaning: REINCARNATION. In another life he has been reincarnated and lived there, I think in the medieval period and that is why he has the feeling of knowing the place. Knowing this already, you can see it again and everything will fit you. Thank you very much for your reactions. I send you a hug from Malaga, Spain. 😘

    • Welcome to the best singer in the world and this century right now. No male or female can match his voice. Not even Mariah Carey can match his voice. He has a vocal range of 7.7 and whistle tone up to D8 the dog whistle sound. Dimash is 29 y.o now, turning 30 y.o May 24. 2024. He has a brother Mansur (Abilmansur) who just turned 17 y.o in January 5. 2024, he is a multi instrumentalist and composed and wrote a song (official MV) last year called "TOGETHER" and Dimash was singing. To hear Dimashes D8 you have to listen to "An unforgettable day GAKKU live version 2017", and he can also sing The Diva Dance from the Movie Fifth Element. A song no human is able to sing except from Dimash. 😊 The original song is made by half human and half computerised because of the high alien voice. Best regards from Norway 🇳🇴

  • Thank you so much for your genuine appreciation of Dimash insane talent! Stranger is his original song, composed specifically for him by Maestro Igor Krutoy (the man who accompanied him on the piano in the video). It was Dimash’s idea to incorporate the beautiful and haunting sound of the Qobyz, the traditional Kazakh two string instrument, masterfully played by Olzhas Kurmanbek: what a brilliant addition to the composition of Stranger! It gives much more depth to the meaning of the song. Dimash is not the mere interpreter of that song, but was also involved in its creative process. Thus, listening to Stranger is in and of itself a musical journey where we’re accompanying Dimash through this “stranger’s land” with each and every vocal technique and singing style which denotes a different culture and path in life. Dimash does not use his vocal abilities to show off, but to serve the song: through his voice, he’s telling us a story, like in “The Story of One Sky”, a musical masterpiece that he composed himself. Dimash has a vocal range of over 7 octaves, which is quite impressive; but that’s not what defines him. He sounds exquisite at any range, which is incredible in and of itself. Besides, his voice has so many colors and tone to it, not mentioning his vocal dynamics. His voice is soaring only to express his intense emotions, whether it’s a cry for help (SOS), a yearning (Samaltau), or to express pain or loss (The Story of One Sky). Dimash, being a composer himself (“Unforgettable Day”- Ұмытылмас күн, The Story of One Sky, El Amor en Ti…), knows how the song he interprets must be delivered. In short, he’s not only a masterful vocalist - It’s precisely thanks to his mastery that Dimash is able to freely dive, and tap, into his emotions; but also an amazing storyteller. Above all, he’s a soulful, genuine, passionate, and humble artist. He’s not only an exceptional vocalist, but also an accomplished musician, and an amazing performer. At last, know that Dimash is classically trained - he even declined a position as an opera singer when he was only 22, and has absolute pitch (a rare cognitive trait by the way) which was discovered when he was only 5 years old. I put some links below of great songs to react to. I’m sure other Dears (aka Dimash fans) will suggest many more! Take your time and enjoy your musical journey into discovering this amazing Independent Artist from Kazakhstan! Please check again, with us or by yourself, my favorite rendition of “Sinful Passion” that is recorded by a fan cam during his Moscow concert on March 2019 [high quality Fancam]. Here’s the link: kzhead.info/sun/qNyFmNuefXiLhKs/bejne.html Since it’s recorded as is, no post production here: Dimash’s live singing is flawless. I was lucky enough to have attended his solo concert in NY back in 2019: I became a Dear for life then! “Olimpico” aka “Ogni Pietra” (2019), his original song in Italian, composed by Igor Krutoy specifically for Dimash: kzhead.info/sun/l8-Jg5qsb2anmmw/bejne.html AVE MARIA | New Wave 2021 kzhead.info/sun/oLCAaMtqpqF8hnk/bejne.html (not the Schubert’s version but Igor Krutoy’s, the composer who accompanies Dimash at the piano in the video). Note: Please check out (in your downtime or with us) this short video of his vocal practice session (link: kzhead.info/sun/hbyYZLh8bIdrp3A/bejne.html); and you’ll understand why he’s the king of vocal dynamics: his mastery of the crescendo and diminuendo is incredible, and he was only 22 in that video. Fast forward a few years time and you have Dimash doing the exact same thing at the end of Ave Maria. “Ikanaide” (Tokyo Jazz Festival. • At first I have to mention, your feelings about suicide in SOS was not wrong. The last phrase „Sleep, child, sleep“ is sung in the musical as the character bends over the corpse of his girlfriend, who has committed suicide. He is so awesome, isn’t he? Stranger is one of my absolute favorite songs. I get goosebumps every time I hear it. I’m a real fan of movies that have such a mystical or oriental atmosphere. And it was such a great idea by Dimash to use the Qobyz for that. The Qobyz is a very old two stringed Kazakh folk instrument and it’s wide spread among Kazakhs. The man who often is playing the kobyz in Dimash’s performance (also here in Stranger) is the best on this instrument and a good friend of Dimash. His name is Olzhas Qurmanbek. You often can hear this instrument when Dimash sings in his native tongue like Samaltau, Qairan Elim or Òmir Òter. As a Kazakh he speaks Kazakh and Russian fluently. He sang Stranger for the first time at New Wave in Sochi, Russia in 2021. This is an international competition for young artists, founded in 2002 by Igor Krutoy. Dimash sang here as a guest and was also a member of the jury. Igor Krutoy, like so many other masterpieces, wrote this song specifically for Dimash and his incredible vocal range (in this song alone he sings 5 octaves F1-F6 I think). And the last note he held for 20 seconds. The way he switchs so affortlessly between the different registers and octaves in one song is so mesmerizing and unbelievable. Stranger was written by the famous Russian/Ukrainian composer, producer and songwriter Igor Krutoy. His and Dimash's collaboration created true masterpieces. He writes songs that only Dimash could sing with his vocal range, such as Olimpico, Stranger or Ave Maria. You’ll often see him accompanying Dimash on the piano. If Igor Krutoy is there, the song was also written by him.The two have no contract. Their cooperation is based more on mutual trust. It’s more like a father/son relationship. He wrote this song and others especially for Dimash’s wide vocal range. I have one request🙏🙏🙏. Please don't stop the video before the end. Very often there are interesting things to learn. Either there’s something to laugh about, or he’s talking to his audience. Sometimes funny things happen😅. He always thanks his musicians. He is incredibly humble and never acts like a star. When he is praised, he constantly says that it is thanks to his teachers and his parents, who made it all possible for him. He’s just incredible. Please react to Olimpico or also Ogni Pietra from his Arnau concert in 2019 next. In this song he sings in Italian. You can find it on Igor Krutoy‘s Channel. Olimpico is another masterpiece that Igor Krutoy wrote especially for Dimash’s vocal skills. It was written for the 2nd European Games in Minsk, Belarus 2019. And that’s why the lyrics are also very motivating. This song and this performance from this Arnau concert is my absolute favourite🥰 I think this version is the best, because his performance is so intense and breathtaking. The light show, the background dancers. Everything. With this song in this version I always get breathlessness. The way he represents himself on stage, the hand movements. I think he has incredibly beautiful hands🤭(and apparently many cameramen think so too, since many of the camera shots during his performances very often only show his hands. Sometimes it seems as if he is conducting himself. This is really fascinating). And the facial expression, the look. There he looks so commanding😱. In my opinion, this version of Olimpico is one of the most impressive performances ever. If you don't know what the song is about, you'd think he was going to war and is calling his army to a lost battle 😅! It’s absolutely stunning. And I don't even mean the vocal part, but also his stage presence. The whole package. Oh wow I’m starting to rave again…🤤 Sorry but I can’t help it🥺. I swear it is mind-blowing 🤯 kzhead.info/sun/l8-Jg5qsb2anmmw/bejne.html Greetings and love from Germany👋❤️

  • I really recommend checking out "The Ultimate Dimash Guide" by LiLaSi if you're interested in learning more about Dimash as a person as well, he's extraordinary in a lot of ways. It's split into 12 parts(around 10 min each, though it varies a bit depending on topic), and is very well made and easy to follow. What I think makes it the most valuable though is that it allows Dimash to speak for himself by compiling relevant clips and interviews, so you get to hear his thoughts first-hand and come to your own conclusions(rather than just have a bunch of facts thrown at you).

She also has millions of fans around the world and has just released her 5th studio album. At the end of the year she is due to star in a brand new musical written especially for her on London's West End stage called "Rosie." May I suggest her cover of the Barbra Streisand song "Evergreen" from the film "A Star Is Born." She also has some amazing duets with her 5 year younger sister Martha, try either "The Prayer" or "Mary Did You Know."

  • Good to see your reaction to Dimash this morning! Much better with you taking notes and pausing to speak periodically. ❤ He has worked on his voice since he was a child - over 20 years. He swam underwater holding his breath to develop his lungs. He said in an interview that he seems to have been born with longer than normal vocal cords, but he practiced and practiced every day for hours - against the advice of his vocal coach - to develop his upper and lower ranges further than he would have needed as an opera singer. (He was studying Bel Canto). As a teen, when he was offered a position as a tenor in a Kazakh opera company, he declined saying that he wanted to explore all kinds of music. (Thank goodness!) I enjoyed your reaction. Thank you. And remember, this is YOUR reaction channel. We tune in to hear/watch your reaction. Those who want to listen straight through a song can do so on their own. Most reactors post links to the version for those listeners. Kudos! Welcome to the world of KZhead reactions! I like your enthusiasm. Dear of 7 years in Oregon.

  • It is perfectly normal to lose track of lyrics when there is so much going on. 😃 Some of Dimash's songs have simple lyrics on purpose because his fan base speaks so many different languages. It is easier to learn a song in a language you do not speak if the lyrics are not too complicated. Concert go-ers often memorize the words to songs in at least 3 different languages.🌹 This song only covers 4.5 Octaves. Impossible for most but Dimash has a working range of over 7 Octaves with semi-tones. You are improving fast👍 If I might add some other advice... Most reaction video are about 10 to 12 minutes long due to length of average attention spans but not to worry as experience and practice will help you sort quickly for clarity as you go along. 🎶🎹🔥🌹💜🌹🔥🎹🎶 When one's ear is tuned to Dimash's pure tones, it can be very painful to suddenly go to someones demo-mode. Very few professional singers can even pull this off. A Chairismatic Voice is the only one I can think of off the top of my head, among 1000's that I have heard. Perhaps satisfying your curiosity on the mechanics might be better checked out off camera.🤔 Just a suggestion.❤️ Overall, I am loving your authentic reactions❤️👍 If you are interested in recommendations for other top quality international voices or bands, please post some parameters for your interests on your community page and suggestions will pour in. That way you can spread your Dimash videos out in time.😍😏 Thank you for featuring our beloved Dimash on your channel🤩 🥰🥰Much love from a Canadian Dear🇨🇦

  • Thank you for your emotional reaction to this magnificence. It's a pity that the reaction to SOS disappeared somewhere... Stranger, Stranger, the song of an ancient soul who has lived more than one life on more than one planet. Master Dimash is truly out of this world. Pay attention to the picture of the background at the beginning of the song, where it seems to appear from, what does this remind you of?)) This performance is a real mystery.
