We patterned ourselves after RSC and NYC breakers! Chino, pexter, Kuriaki, crazy legs, lil lep etc...Has evolved much, just more acrobatics. Hell, Kurt Thomas was who we got the flare from!! US olympian is who inspired all b boys r.e. flare! Lee jeans and shell tops!

  • I’m having trouble transitioning from my back to shoulders/head, anyone have any tips? My transition from head to shoulders/back feels good, but for some reason I’m getting stuck on the other transition. I know how to use my arm to lead the rest of my body when I enter, but lose everything when I try and turn over when exiting.

    • your hips bro.. your probably dropping them.. tryin goin the other direction

      @joshuaper1@joshuaper14 жыл бұрын
    • Joshua Peri thanks for the reply, man! Really appreciate it. I’m still stuck haha. I do try to keep my hips up when on my back, focusing on keeping the back of my head and shoulders on the ground. My trouble is transitioning off my shoulders completely. I’ve tweaked my neck a couple times training it, and it would knock me out of training for a week or two while it heals. The weird thing is, I can do “windmills” already, without my hips hitting the ground. The problem is that I can’t do it with my head contacting the ground. And just like storm said, that bad habit is stunting my transitions out of windmill into other moves.
