Only problem is it won’t fit in some iPhone 12 cases since the screen is curved. To make it complete you would have to put a new glass panel on the screen that would be flat like the 12 and the housing would have to be made for it

where I find a similar one with bezels like this, I bought one in the store for an iPhone XR, but the back glass was flat, and it felt strange it had no asymmetry, or if you have one of those that are left over like this with the back glass something curved, could you sell it to me please.
Okay, despite what I’ve seen a lot of people say in this comments section, as an iPhone 12 user i can confirm this looks pretty damn good for an 11 conversion into a 12. I mean he even put the MagSafe magnet in there. The only thing I would fix is all of the curved bits - as the iPhone 12 has all flat bits.

Well he mangled the wireless charger module, but it should still be ok. Actually installed screen adhesive this time, I'm impressed. The housing is pretty meh though, the buttons and the sim tray are rounded off, at least that's how it looks on camera. Above average job regarding his other repairs.
