I think the reason why Koromaru never possessed an ultimate persona was never put into the original game, rather it was explained after the awakened persona quest in Persona Q (kzhead.info/sun/oMaPnrBpf5GVdXA/bejne.html). Ok so, there is this theory that the crest in 3h are based on arcanas. Blaiddyd is 8 so my question is what is he or is dimitri both. The lion fits with the lionking and taming your inner beast also fits as both boar and saviour are based on the same drive, his empathy. However, he also cam represent justice as he desires justice for the weak like the duscurians and the concept of cutting away or compromise are big parts of his character fiting with coming to realize that the world isnt black and white as represented by th justice arcana. Last but definitevly not least, the justice arcana also represents knowing you are doing bad things and well "see you in the eternal flames"
Hi! Being someone who cares a lot about Dimitri and tarot, I actually have an explanation for you - and it has to do with the history of the tarot deck. In modern day, the Rider-Waite tarot deck tends to be the most popularly used, but it was not the first. Waite (the deck's creator) made a few changes to the cards, including renaming the "Pope" card "Hierophant" and switching Justice and Strength in the overall order so as to better match the tarot deck to some astrological beliefs he followed. They were switched so that Strength would match up with Leo and Justice with Libra. While the Rider-Waite deck is the most popular basis for modern tarot, it was not the true origin, so many traditions decided to reject some or all of these changes. This is why Justice and strength sometimes have their positions (8th and 11th in the deck) switched. It comes down to which tradition a given deck is following. Based on the crests in Three Houses, I would give Dimitri strength. His arc fits the idea of strength well, and if you switch the order around, this would put Seteth in the role of Justice - one which his stern, lawful, but ultimately benevolent nature fits well. The Crest of Cichol also highly resembles the scales, which are the main visual motif used in the Justice Arcana.

I think ashe would be justice and petras maybe the wheel of fortune. Manuella would definitefly be devil and leonie also gives me devil vibes, but i dont know her so well. Dorothea might be tower because there is an upcoming tragedy, her losing her singing assets and shes preparing for it. Hubert might also be hanged man, caspar and raphael seem like sun and ignatz might be judgement if i understand it right. Shamir might be death but i am very open to other ideas for all of them.
