Replacing a toilet that was old and covered in mold, and customer wanted a new one.

@Plumb Hero. Great job. Thanks for putting a threaded end on the PEX supply. Makes it easier for the next guy to replace the stop valve. I see that the toilet was customer supplied.

Adjust the flow master up a bit. The water level wasn't high enough.

What is the powder you put in toilet before you removed it?
@dwick200916 күн бұрын
@dwick2009. It turns the water in the bowl into a gel. Makes so that he doesn't have to remove the water. Just flush when finished since it will dissolve the gel. Hope that helps.

For this job, using REUSEABLE GLOVES vs disposable is not for me.

Hi there, plumber from down under here, the point you raise is a reasonable one and I would say that obviously personal preference will come to play as well as the possibility that you might have more than one pair of reusable gloves on board and therefore have spares to use three at workday (I certainly do a variety of types for different jobs) and reusable gloves can of course be washed and sanitised as disposable ones other thing to say also is that sometimes it is most effective to put on a disposable black knit trial glove, which is completely waterproof and then put a heavier, highly cut resistant knitted glove on over the top which gives you high grip high, cut resistance and completely waterproof coverage for your hand…
