A little hype for what is coming Friday, February 2. Hope you enjoy!
How could I not?!
You big tease 😞
you bastard! I just settled in on my Sunday evening to revelations
Looking forward!
I love this so much! My Nerd heart is jumping, thank you!
if that is a trailer for a scientific publication.... Let's just say: it's better than a press conference 🙂
I wish we had more fanfare for scientific publications like this, haha. Love it!
@@SteelTwilight Elsevier used to nag people to make videos about their research and I always asked myself who would watch that. But maybe my own research is just too boring to feed a youtube channel ;-)
Better trailer than for the most of the movies nowadays.
@@NoNameNoShame22 we get it, you didn't like Black Panther.
@@luna-hw9lioh no. You should definitely make a video. It’s a way to pass on your research, at a minimum. And you’ll be surprised who will pass by. It doesn’t have to be edited in a really fancy manner. You’ll have fun doing it.
Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence....I'm looking forward to hearing it!
@@Shelmerdine745I don’t kno….
Extraordinary is a subjective term. It would be more accurate to say claims require sufficient evidence.
I wish people would stop spreading this nonsense. Extraordinary claims require the exact amount of evidence as any other claim. Sufficient.
@@zufalllx The criteria for sufficiency of evidence scales in proportion to the amount of evidence recontextualized by the claim.
@@timewave02012 Indeed. It is most curious to see the number of posters and "voters" that posit an opinion without waiting for any explanation at all.
I didn't notice it was only two and one half minutes before I started...was ready to kick back to another fantastic analysis of the great pyramid, from one of my favorite creators....dang! Looking forward to Feb 2! ⏳💥 Know it will be worth the wait...😊
Yeah same, such a tease haha. At least its only a couple days :D
Same 😂
when did "damn" become "dang?"
The LOTR reference is certainly worth a coffee/beer. Absolutely love your channel. Keep up the great work!
Thank you kindly, this was fun to make.
@@HistoryforGRANITEIt would have been even more epic in ancient Egyptian to mirror the black speech of Mordor in the novel 🤘😈 Though I think very few (not including myself) would know if you faked it or not 😅
Not really
Three Pyramids for Egypt's kings under the sky, Mastabas for the lords in their halls of stone, Mortuary Temples for those doomed to die, One Sphinx for the pharao on his throne In the Land of Giza where the mummies lie.
Mr. T would chuckle me thinks.
....and in the darkness bind them..
Lovely.
lovely indeed, but far from the truth. They are not from the mummies, dummies!
Meh.
Your work on the Bent Pyramid and the upper casings for how the pyramids were built is OUTSTANDING. I can't wait to see this, your analyses are sober, realistic, grounded and a joy to watch. Thank you for being AWESOME.
This cant be overstated. It's a shame these are such a rare virtues on youtube, it makes for such excellent content!
The prose of the Lords of the Rings is so evocative. And fits pretty well with the mysterious egyptian pyramids.
That's what the GPT is for "Three pyramids rising by the Nile's gentle stream, Secrets in hieroglyphs, ancient tales yet to gleam, One Sphinx, with mysteries to be known, In the ancient kingdom, where history lies, A new chapter awaits beneath the ancient skies."
One KZhead channel to rule them all.

Four shafts One pyramid Millions anticipating
Oh! you baited me! Hit play as soon as I saw this. I got all set up to watch a long new investigation (they are investigations)….and then it ended as a short intro! Well done! Now I can’t wait for the video to come out. That was stone 🪨 cold 😂. Notification is on!
Yes! Can’t wait!
If this was anyone but History for GRANITE, I would just take this video with a grain of salt. But because it's History for GRANITE.. this is actually exciting and something to really look forward to. 👍
I agree with this statement!
That's what I just posted!
Funny you should mention Salt...
@@justinfarnell2284 Interesting how that played out huh? 🤔😅👍
Excuse me, how are we supposed to wait until February 2 to for the reveal?🤯
Well, I guess we haven't known for 4000 years, so another few days shouldn't matter. lol
Yes
Is History for Granite with his scholarly focus on the Old Kingdom pyramids of Ancient Egypt, poised to redefine our understanding of historical narratives as they are currently known? I smell a game changer coming to his channel. Preparing my 🍿 for this Friday.
I sincerely hope this a well-researched piece of genius. Given it's History for Granite, I'm inclined to actually get excited.
So you found the history of the tiny people who climbed in there and carved them out awesome can't wait for the video 😮😅😊
You're getting me hyped! I genuinely love all the work you and the other enthusiasts put in, and it lead us to more interesting theories than the past decades managed to...
Blessings from 🇺🇸✌️❤️ Thx for your love of what you do and all the hard work you put into it! 👍👍
This actually gave me chills 😂 I've always liked Ancient Architect's explanation for the shafts, especially his reason for them ending abruptly. Really intrigued to hear yours.
I love this channel. Looking forward to Feb 2nd. Thanks for all you do!
FANTASTIC! Can't wait for this! 🙂
I really enjoy your videos. A lot of wonderings and ponderings I’ve had on the pyramid that no one ever seems to ask about or answer, you actually cover. I always learn something new upon rewatching
I'm nothing but hyped AF! I'm gonna sit and watch the next video religiously😆 Your videos are invaluable to egyptology and never have I rewatched any youtuber's content as many times as yours. Thank you for all. 🙏
Highly stoked, love me some History for Granite.
cant wait! 💜🐾
What a tease 😂😂. Cant wait man between matt and yourself you guys are great
Can't wait for any of your presentations, thank you :)
Thanks for a great channel and looking forward to watching the new episode and also on my birthday
Enjoyed it very much. Thank you 👍
Nobody wants to see your ugly dog.
Take your channel for Granite! You Rock! Hope you have solid grounded evidence. ☺😉
A LOTR hype!
I am so excited. Can't wait 😊. Always love your work.
As always, can‘t hardly wait for your newest video! Thanks and all the best 🙋♂️.
Let's gooooo! I have so much respect for your rigorous, high quality work!
Not fair! Big Tease! Can't wait! I always enjoy your videos and presentations!
Looking forward to this. Acutally, I can't wait! :)
I can't wait!! I've always wondered what those "air shafts" were meant for.
Oh man. Good hype! Love your videos and can’t wait until Friday February 2!
I heard ancient squirrels once lived nearby and they loved to hide their nuts in the shafts…. It’s an automatic nut dispenser
Squirrels are the ultimate mammals
awww man! I was settling in for an amazing ride, but it was a tease!!
Absolutely perfect prologue even though this did not begin with the forging of any great rings. Splendid!!!!!!!
Fabulous video. I wish mine were 1/2 as professional. So many mysteries to reveal. I just recently discovered that in 1936 there was a railway on the Giza Plateau!
Bring it on!
Love your channel. Can't wait for the 2nd!
Nooo! It is just a trailer!? Now I won't sleep wondering what you found in those channels!
looking forward to it... you do great presentation work on this channel.
Missed the “welcome… to history for granite” in the beginning tbh. The opening “welcome” has always reminded me of my old AOL days.
Just this once!
I think I'm actually going to fire up the TV and make some popcorn for this!
LOOKING FORWARD TO IT. 😊 I'm guessing 4 great channels HISTORY FOR GRANITE ANCIENT ARCHITECTS NIGHT SCARAB ONE MORE 😊
Thank you! I will never be able to see the Giza plataue in person. However, I have learned so much from your videos and all of your hard work.
I discovered your channel like half a year ago and I sincerely love it. 4086th tviewer on this one. I loved your work especially on your discovery on patterns in casing stones of the Khafre pyramid, it was fascinating. I'm a civil engineer, unfortunately I don't have time to go deep into such fascinating analysis as you do, therefore the more I love it. Keep on discovering, I'm personally looking forward to see your next works! Cheers!!!
I turned on notifications for your channel. Loving your content!
Not even the girls back in my high school teased this good!
If the "air shafts" we not open at the ends, how did they figure out where they were to "open" them? What external mark or surface indicated that they were there prior to 1872?
I think someone noticed a crack between two of the blocks in the wall and started exploring with a wire, and discovered that there was open space behind it. So they then cut through the stone. (And then checked to see if there was the same thing on the other side). To me the existence of the crack suggests that the block hiding the shaft was not part of the original construction, but a later add-on, since the original builders would have designed it and the neighboring blocks in such a way that they would all be stable together.
@@davidjordan2336 I appreciate the info! I would assume that other such cracks have been probed with a wire as well but no voids were found. Very interesting! Thanks!
I thought the ones in the two chambers were discovered accidentally, just probing around the walls, and then checked to see if one was on the opposite side. I'm not sure but I think only one set actually reaches to the outside of the pyramid (the Kings Chamber?), and that the other pair stop a few feet short before getting there? One set looks to be carved out of pink granite for some reason, the other just plain granite, but with a dark stain on the lower sides going up? It's very exciting to get some answers that should have come out when that little probe "Upuaut"(sic?) was sent up the shafts in the 90s.
Big claim... I am looking forward to the details and expectation!
Dude I woke up having dreamt about you releasing a new video. No fucking joke. The power of the pyramids is astonishing
Ooh, such a bold claim. This is gonna be good. I like hype, if it lives up to it. Praying this does. I have faith in you HFG. After this, I wanna know what's behind that odd placed granite block in the main chamber. Pretty please? I've only ever seen it mentioned once before.
One of the best channels in existence. Thanks for all that you do!
❤ your channel !! Can’t wait .
Excited!!!!!
What a cliffhanger. I am hooked 😊
Oh damn man!! This is such a serious teaser. C'mon Friday!
I’m really going to want to see you explain why nobody before you figured this out, and I hope that’s going to be a part of the video because I think it will be a great explanation of how to invent.
Love it! Nice tease and can’t wait my friend!!
Said it before and I’ll say it again, you never disappoint. Can’t wait.✌️
The opening is hilarious!
Yeah I could smell it too! 🤣
The tension is like in the trailer for good thriller movie. 😯
OK I am properly intrigued, please deliver!
Looking forward to your next sharing of mysteries from another time that cant be forgotten
Good teaser looking forward to your video on February 2.
This gave me goose bumps! Can't wait!
NICE! Am looking forward to February now 🙂
"I Don't Believe in Radar" - some 'famous' Egyptologist.
I love your videos. I've been watching them one after the other as I cycle 30km on the exercise bike each evening. I have been puzzled with the name "History for Granite"...and I only worked it out this evening...my accent is really very English, you see....and now I've worked it out, I like it 😊.
Excellent LOTR reference:)
So looking forward!!!!
YOU are the great one! Love the content.
My guess the shafts have something to do with the construction - running ropes or something- that was why they were covered up.
There's no rope marks though. The king's shafts go to the outside.
This trailer is very unexpected but I like it! Looking forward to watching your video !
I can't wait!!! 🔥🔥❤️❤️
I've always assumed the pair in the kings chamber were the only pair actually used. Communication conduits for messaging during the build (need to know policy), keeping groups isolated from each other, kind of how the US managed the Manhattan Project. Very much looking forward to your theory.
That's a LOT of hype
Much anticipated!
Bring it ON !!!
Holy cliff hanger Batman!!cant WAIT!!!
I will be watching. Thanks the heads up
Oh my... I'm shivering. Can't wait!
I'm so excited that I can hardly contain myself
CANNOT. WAIT!!!
Hells yeah! Can’t freakin wait!
New history for granite 🎉🗣‼️
Thank you sir!👍
What a great reference in the intro!
Looking forward to it!
A damn Teaser. Well, considering the incredibly informative and educational past videos on HfG the wait is well worth the anxiety. Can we be notified/reminded?
Can’t wait for the unveiling❤
II admit this is a bit dramatic... but I trust you that the information/theory you provide will be worthy of this post. Also, speaking of dramatic I'm having a lot of stress and in my life right now due to financial and living situation insecurity leaving me with little to look forward to but knowing that whatever happens I'll have a fascinating video from you helps just a bit. Can't wait!
Epic. I'm definitely hype. Let's go, homie!
The pinhole deep diver. Extracting hidden wonders from the tiniest details. Can't wait to see what you found this time.
It's almost better watching this for the first time after the premier of the first part. Can't wait for your follow-up. You are an inspiring individual, and by now, I'm sure you know that. A toast, to you, to the laborers who erected this monument, and to the future of exploration and discovery 🍻
Nice! I'll be going on a trip to Egypt soon and I'll see the Great Pyramids for the first time. I'm so hyped!
