To be at peace with your game, you have to figure it out first. The only way to figure it out is by playing. For my young players, if you are in the gym only 1 time in a day, you are wrong. Your day should be a combination of skills training, weights, conditioning , playing, sand dunes, shooting, etc. Lastly, STOP MAKING EXCUSES. You are the one in control of your career
