This series is so wholesome. Ryan is literally turning negatives into positives. There are people who wouldn't have stayed at these great places just based on some bad reviews, when the staff are likely doing their best to get by. Also Juan is a Sweetheart!

The moral of these is usually that the "one-star" places aren't that bad, and rather, the reviews are left by people who had a) problems unrelated to the place, b) got unlucky, or c) lied to seem dramatic. Also, Juan is a sweetheart!

I think the reason these videos always go so well for Ryan isn’t because of the small change every review was purely out of anger it’s because he is so charismatic that his aura turns everyone he meets into the most gentle kind souls ever.
