Layout - Front engine Rwd
Engine - 1JZ-Gte turbo i6
Transmission - 4 speed automatic
Factory power numbers - 276hp @6200 rpm 363nm torque @4800 rpm
Toyota Chaser/Mark 2 x100 shares the same platforms and power plants as mid size saloon cars form Toyota.
Lately Sri Lankan JDM car culture became obssessed with the x100 series, specially due to the Drifting legacy and Influenses from star racing drivers in Sri Lanka such as Ayesh Bandara.
Factory made comfy saloons are now pushing tire shredding horsepower due its tunability and handling aspects.
This is a pov of a Mark2 x100 owned by Nilesh Bandaranayake.

    • Na man its not as scary as you think it is. Once you get use to it, that becomes second nature for you. I am not saying there are no risks, there definitely are like the tuk tuk drivers, they just don't know how to drive 😂

    • @@TheSkilfingar one of my freind has a verossa midnight purple . It is a 1JZ GTE one . Yea I agree it’s ugly but it’s sound like hell . It was tuned very well . And now the car is sold
