In this video you will watch the construction of a very beautiful lathe. I will try to show every detail. I really liked the lathe I made. I will develop this machine more.   • An interesting Frankenstein was born - a belt grinder and a lathe. I wouldn't risk messing up something like that, the grinder is tons of dust. In general, I plan to take the abrasive work to another room, because that dust is already quite stressful. Good luck, friend!

    • Of course, not everyone's needs and opportunities are the same. If you have two separate rooms, of course, you can use different rooms with two separate motors. I need to save space. That's why I saved space and the cost was low with a single engine. I reduced the dust as much as possible by placing water under the grinder. Thanks for the comment 🖐

Ve tekrar değerlendirmeni tavsiye edeceğim üç şey var.Birincisi fener mili ince olduğundan titreşim yapar.dolu olduğundan uzun malzeme işleyemezsin onu kalın etli boruyla değiştirsen iyi olur.ikincisi adaptör kapalı yerde ısınır mtulaka havalandırma lazım.üçüncü de kalemliğin dönmemesi için altta yaylı bir tırnak sistemi olmalı .Tekrar seni tebrik ediyorum kolay gelsin.

Benim herhangi bir ustalığım yok , hobi amaçlı ufak tefek işlerimde kullanmak için yapıyorum . İmkanlarım el verdikçe yaptım , inşallah söylediğiniz gibi iyileştirmeler yapacağım .   • Very impressive and well built. This shows exactly the challenges faced by mankind during "the origins of precision" which is also the title of a very good KZhead video. Basically, this machine can produce precision parts to produce even better machines until we get to today's modern machines. I like the overall design and I only see a few weak links in this build ... *CAST IRON pillow blocks will be a huge improvement.* At that point I suspect the swivel at the base of the vice is too thin and the tool post hold-down bolt will eventually require beefing up, an easy up-grade for a builder with this much talent! Lubrication fittings would also help. Great video and great work!

    • maşallah çok kıvrak bilek var sizde. frelze gibi. Herşey mükkemel. Yanlız katılmadığım tek şey çay demleme ve süzgeç kullanma ve kaşıklı çay. yani şekerle içilen çay :))). Kuru çayın üzerine asla kaynar su dökülmez. 80 C su demlikte olmalı üzerine kuru çay dökülmeli. Bir rizeli olarak biraz havamız olsun. :)))@@MRAKPINARLI

    • @@MRAKPINARLI ustam bir şey soracağım şimdilik ;)). 20mm iç boşluğu olan dikişsiz borunun içine 20mm diş ölçüsü olan krom mili sokamadım. Borunun içini hafiften silmem mi lazım? İçerisinde salınımsız gidip gelmesi için. yada bu şekilde çalışan bir sistem yapmak için bir öneriniz olur mu?

    • Krom mil zımparalanmayacağı için , dikişsiz olan borunun içini uzun bir mil yardımı ile zımparayı dolayarak hafiften silme yapabilirsin , son videomun başına bakarsan ben dikişli bir boruyu bu yöntemle yapmıştım .

  • После проточки вперёд при отводе назад у тебя резец берёт опять заготовки и снимает металл !!! Это видно на экране !!!! Это значит рано ставить палец вверх !!!   • Usta inanılmaz bir yeteneğin var. Çok yabancı video izledim torna tezgahı yaplan ancak hepsi micrometre (Türkçesini bilmiyorum bu kadranlı minik uzunluk ölçü aleti) yaparak hesap yaptılar sen göz ve elle... Birde video başlarında bu aletlerle o kızağı nasıl prüzsüz yapacak derken beni şaşırttın kağıt zımpara çok iyi fikir.

  • Fener mili rulmanlarını konik rulman yapacağın zaman aynayı dolu mile değil de etli boruya bağlarsın orjinal içi boş fener milin olur, uzun parçaları fener milinin içine sokup tornalarsın. Sadece puntan eksik Yavaş yavaş geliştirirsin. İlk denemede gayet başarılı. Tamamen doğaçlama çalışma sonuç çok başarılı El aletlerini kullanma yeteneğin de çok iyi maaşallah nazar değmesin 👏👏👏👏👏👍

    • Çok teşekkür ederim güzel tavsiyelerin ve yorumun için . Aynen dediğin gibi şimdilik böyle yaptım zamanla eklemeler yaparak daha hassas hale getireceğim . Konik rulmanı bi sonraki videomda yaptım ancak içi boş demir kullanmadım şimdilik . İlerde dahq büyük ve kaliteli rulmanlarla içi boş demir uygulaması da yapıp paylaşacağım inşallah. İmkanlarım el verdikçe geliştirmeye devam edeceğim inşallah . İyi akşamlar hocam Allah razı olsun .

    • @@MRAKPINARLIRica ederim insanın ilk yaptığında keşke bu şekilde yapsaydım daha iyi olurdu, düşüncesi muhakkak olur. Para ve zaman harcanıyor bunlar ikisi de kıymetli şu zamanda. Doğaçlama buraya kadar getirdiysen iyi düşünüp planlı yaptığın zaman çok daha mükemmel yapabileceğine inanıyorum. Ben de makina imalatı yapıyorum en az altı ay tasarıma kafa yormama rağmen ilk tasarımda küçük de olsa eksiklikler muhakkak oluyor, iyileştirip tasarımı güncelliyorum. Yeter ki iyileştirilebilecek küçük eksiklikler olsun sorun değil. Sen yetenekli bir insansın daha mükemmelini yaparsın, inanıyorum.

  • I’ve always wanted to get into metal lathe machines but a used one in peace’s don’t ask me why having zero knowledge about them let alone putting one back together well after seeing numerous KZhead videos about them I figured how difficult could it be….well never started with it ended up selling it the same way I got it…but kudos to you on how you build your machine I’m going to have to view it over and over again to get all the details right I thank you this was a awesome project thanks I’m subscribing to your channel for upcoming project’s thanks

  • Не там расположил цепь продольного перемещения .в процессе работы поймёшь когда начнёт клинить от поподанния стружки .а так все отлично , молодец

    • Comme je travaillais dans un autre emploi, je l'ai fait en 4 à 5 mois en allouant seulement 12 heures par jour. Mais je ne travaillais pas tous les jours. Si je pouvais donner toute ma journée, ce serait fini dans 3 4 semaines.

  • Now... This is what I call a genius engineering work! I could buy lathe but I will make one.. some parts could be done better and a little cheaper, but... the product itself is worthy of respect! Very well made and constructed as it should be, it's great! if you add a vertical drill combined with lathe, it could be done on it absolutely everything... Well done!!!   • Das war ja ein sehr aufwendiges Projekt. Nur für mich erstaunlich, dass es sogar Eisen bearbeiten kann, es hat nur einen Riemenantrieb - hab nicht geglaubt, dass das funktioniert. Gut gemacht, für kleinere Arbeiten sehr hilfreich denke ich.

    • Große Maschinen haben meist auch nur einen Riemenantrieb, allerdings die haben auch einen Shaltgehäuse aber letzt endlich wird der Kraft durch einen Riemen übertragen.
