He is the only Chinese Kpop idol who couldn't bc he is the Ambassador of China, Ambassador of Youth of China and Representative of China which is basically a politician in China so if he left he wouldn't be allowed in China bc he would be in danger. I love how you and your team consistent with chinese style theme for all stages. Eventhough it's captain stage, but you blend with them as one team, with no highlight and solo part. Lay thought of the concept “taotie (饕餮)” which was a fierce beast who had a sheep-like human face, from an ancient Chinese mythology. It was so rapacious that it ate its own body, only leaving a huge head and the bloody huge mouth on the skull. It has been searching for all desires from ancient times to the present, devouring all desires, and constantly absorbing the greed of the world to strengthen its body and divine power. The god told the taotie that one day in the future, it would meet someone with the most delicious heart in the world, and it could become the fiercest god in the world, but at the same time, it would also meet his ultimate destroyer, who had no greed and obtained the most powerful soul in the world. Taotie didnt keep in mind because it thought that no people would be not greedy in the world. Until one day, taotie met two children (the two female dancers in the beginning of the performance), it swallowed one of them, but it was never able to swallow the other who has the most delicious heart. The gluttony is a well-known Chinese demon （ en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taotie ), representing greed in the Chinese culture. He eats everything, even his own body, but still stays hungry all the time. In this show, two little girls in red are playing with the rattle drum in front, while the dancers in black form the shape of the gluttony's head, with two led fans as its eyes (00:17). The gluttony is hunting and waiting for a chance to eat these girls. 00:24, the girls start to fight for the rattle drum(the drum can symbolize anything the people eager for), the gluttony smells a scent of greed and tries to seize the greedy girl. From 00:29, the gluttony opens his mouth, Lay plays as the tongue of the gluttony, and the other black dancers are the lips and teeth of the gluttony. At 00:38, lay rushes out and turns his head to both sides, indicating that the gluttony is having trouble with deciding who is the real greedy one. From 00:42, the girl gives the drum to another girl, the gluttony realized who is the greedy girl and swallow her immediately. Lay thought of the concept “taotie (饕餮)” which was a fierce beast who had a sheep-like human face, from an ancient Chinese mythology. It was so rapacious that it ate its own body, only leaving a huge head and the bloody huge mouth on the skull. It has been searching for all desires from ancient times to the present, devouring all desires, and constantly absorbing the greed of the world to strengthen its body and divine power. The god told the taotie that one day in the future, it would meet someone with the most delicious heart in the world, and it could become the fiercest god in the world, but at the same time, it would also meet his ultimate destroyer, who had no greed and obtained the most powerful soul in the world. Taotie didnt keep in mind because it thought that no people would be not greedy in the world. Until one day, taotie met two children (the two female dancers in the beginning of the performance), it swallowed one of them, but it was never able to swallow the other who has the most delicious heart. He also applied Chinese culture and blend Chinese tradition together with street dance. He composed this song “Gluttony” (饕tao餮tie) for the team and performance. In this show, two little girls in red are playing with the rattle drum in front, while the dancers in black form the shape of the gluttony's head, with two led fans as its eyes (00:17). The gluttony is hunting and waiting for a chance to eat these girls. 00:24, the girls start to fight for the rattle drum(the drum can symbolize anything the people eager for), the gluttony smells a scent of greed and tries to seize the greedy girl. From 00:29, the gluttony opens his mouth, Lay plays as the tongue of the gluttony, and the other black dancers are the lips and teeth of the gluttony. At 00:38, lay rushes out and turns his head to both sides, indicating that the gluttony is having trouble with deciding who is the real greedy one.
