I think Spurs players are pro athletes and are ultimately working for the club, have ambitions, have pride, they like challenges and want to be seen specially before Euro/Copa America and potentially for a transfer to a better club. So as much as supporters wants them to lose, players don't understand this as deeply and they want Champions League next season. In September which Spurs players will remember City or Arsenal winning? Players wants to hear the CL Anthem. So i think they will go for it :D

Got to be honest I am 64 and this morning wanted Spurs to throw it. Years of hate and probably jealousy have turned me into a bitter Spurs fan . I started watching this video with that attitude and for a second thought this guy is still a naive football outsider. By the end it made me sit back and think . I know what tirade of mocking will ensue if Arsenal win the PL but CL place must surely be our priority. Nice one Ange. Reminds me of the pre season match against them when Saka came on after his penalty miss for England . All Arsenal fans expected us to taunt him . Instead the Spurs fans applauded him for his bravery and a future England great . That was a special moment between the two clubs. Didnt last long but was good.
