  • Right after high school was college. A community college, but who cares, it was the most youth I’ve experienced in my life. Once I got my refund and bought me a car, I was everywhere. But I had a crush on a girl and her best friend . Things got hectic and we all fell apart. Life back then was so fun and I miss it. Nostalgia hits harder than I expected. The midnight Walmart runs , the Walmarts that are 24/7 The young and dumb sex , the parties and clubs (I only been to 1 club but I count it!) The bickering that seems so childish now that I think bout it. The freedom is gone and now we live on a clock, we smoke to cope and everything is fake . But making that money and getting that grind period to boss up is now finding me . I knew the Lord would deliver! And it feels scary but I’m not alone . I encourage you to trust in patience. Do not count the days weeks months but remember your word and go do what you got to do.

  • Damn just the first song From Time with Jhene Aiko threw me waaay back to 8th grade - freshman year. Getting kicked out of school and going to Community school. I remeber we use to bump Nothing Was The Same from Drake, My Krazy Life from YG, Crenshaw from Nipsey Hussle, Westside Story II and Get Home Safe from Dom Kennedy Long Live ASAP on the iMac desktops. Then we would party every Friday.
