    • Hope, that Coach Soup will bring the winning culture because if not there is Jim Harbaugh in the wings this team needs a coach like him. LetsGoLions & GoBlue!

  • If you've never worked for a company that had a toxic culture, then you don't know how important having a great culture is. It's all connected to morale! Great morale leads to great production. But it all starts at the top! Holmes/Campbell what to make the Lions into a great organization with great expectations, like the Steelers, Rams, Saints and Giants, all organizations that have won consistently over the past 20 years.

  • I felt this way near the end of the season. Real football players will want to be here. Just the beginning of playing for the logo not the last name. #OnePride

  • Of course they've changed the culture. Quinn-tricia tried to run that organization on piss and vinegar. Holmes-Campbell are all about grass roots development and grit. They just haven't proven its a winning recipe.

  • D Mac is right on point, culture change is a process. You either trust the process or you don't, and so far there's no good reasons not to. The aura is different, the attitude is different, the decision making process is different, player character and development is different. Different doesn't mean successful, time will determine that.

  • I had no idea Chark said that but I am so happy he did. We will have our success, we just have to continue to have patience and faith in this team and leadership!

  • For a culture to be winning, what you need is opportunity for players, which Detroit will give players, if guys aren't performing well. Once they are given opportunities are they are executing on plays? If so, we now have standards. Once each player is accountable to a above league average standard the coaches GM and other players now have something they can point to. When you have those in place the culture is much more tangible. And I think that's the thing Dan and Brad brought in hungry guys who want opportunity and want to execute at a high level, guys play hard for each other and Campbell embraces guys who work hard. It's still in a culture change process and improving because we are still shedding some remnants of Quin and Patricia era who didn't fit. So each draft each free agent they sign who fit the philosophy and add to wins will be cogs in the wheel of the culture machine.

  • If you cant see that this is a different team than you havent been watching the same team I have been for the past 40 years. This coaching staff in a short time is the best we have had in my life time. I'm so glad we have them. God Bless these fellas and lets keep the wheelz rolling.

  • It takes 3-5 years to change a culture. Why? It takes time to convey the vision, strategy, burning platform, and behaviors necessary for the change. Aligned behaviors with everyone rowing to win

  • Brad & Dan changed the culture from Bob & Matt so far only changed the culture of The Lions a little bit.

  • Just outta curiosity has culture been talked about this much with any other nfl team? It's been the point of discussion since mcdc took over. Literally every move that's made comes with a culture talk undertone.

  • There is Patriot culture (run by Bellichick) which can be called a winning culture based upon the record but that doesn't mean it's a player culture.

  • The culture change won't last at 3 wins a season. That culture will get shown the door in 2 or 3 seasons. We gave an easy schedule next year. Better win atleast 5-6 games to progress.

    @michaelstephens9852@michaelstephens98522 жыл бұрын
    • What easy schedule are you talking about ? They had the same schedule that GB , Minn and Chi had aside from 3 games. Meaning, they had 14 games exactly the same.
