  • It makes the atheist off guard when you use mockery with science to chip away at their evolutionary dogma. Never name call or criticize them, but only their satanic beliefs. Always ask the Holy Spirit to give you the right words/info, and wrap it up with kindness & the Good News. 🌺

    @CarnivoreStork@CarnivoreStork11 күн бұрын
    • Evolution is a theory and not dogma and it is certainly better than the stuff religion comes up with. Science has only been done seriously for a few hundred years and religion has been around for thousands. Let's give science equal time and see what it comes up with. We will be gods ourselves eventually.

    • That's why we ask God the Father in Jesus's Name to remove the devil and protect us from demons. No, I never say I hate Satan; but hate what sin is and does to pagans and unbelievers. Pagans know Christ. And the world has so much Christ centered sermons, that preach about "Christ Crucified" that anyone who is anyone can hear and view the truth, via social media, websites..etc. WE can spread the truth but it take anyone to plant it and then it's up to the H.S. and them to let it grow. Sanctification is a process. And if you are a Christian, and a pagan is asking you about salvation, by all means, witness to them. And there isn't any scripture that says anything about "not being allowed to hate Satan". In the Holy Bible (kjv)

  • If you have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit dwells within you and gives you peace - no matter what others are doing or saying. I have no desire to be hostile, it discredits the sacrifice that Jesus made when he died for me at Calvary. The biggest complaint that I have heard from non-believers is that those who profess to be Christians don't resemble Jesus by their words and deeds and are taking the Lord's name in vain. I am not only referring to cuss words - anything that dishonors the Lord is taking his name in vain - I know that I fail miserably, on a daily basis. Acknowledging my own sin and expressing gratitude for the forgiveness that God so freely gives, is a true testament to the Gospel of Christ. The only reason that I am worthy of Christ is because of the blood he shed for me on the cross. My prayer is that the people that I have contact with will see the fruit of the Spirit in me and want that for their lives also. Philippians 4:7 7And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Galatians 5:22-26 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. 24 And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. 25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. 26 Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another.

  • Luke 6:31 and Matthew 7:12 "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you" Matthew 7:1-6, Jesus taught how to treat others: Don't judge, don't be hypocritical, and use discernment. Ephesians 4:29-32 Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear. And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you. Romans 12:10 Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor. Romans 15:1-2 We who are strong have an obligation to bear with the failings of the weak, and not to please ourselves. Let each of us please his neighbor for his good, to build him up. 1 Peter 3:8-12 Finally, all of you, have unity of mind, sympathy, brotherly love, a tender heart, and a humble mind. Do not repay evil for evil or reviling for reviling, but on the contrary, bless, for to this you were called, that you may obtain a blessing. For “Whoever desires to love life and see good days, let him keep his tongue from evil and his lips from speaking deceit; let him turn away from evil and do good; let him seek peace and pursue it. For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are open to their prayer. But the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.” Proverbs 3:34: 34 The Lord mocks the mockers but is gracious to the humble. The Bible calls it the sin of mocking or scoffing. The easiest reference you can find is Psalm 1 verse one which reads, “Blessed is the man who does not . . . sit in the seat of mockers.” Sarah seeing Ishmael mocking when Isaac was weaned. Here was Isaac moving out of his dependence on his mother and on his way to growing up t be a young boy. The occasion of mocking was the celebration of the event (Genesis 21:9). That leads to Hagar and Ishmael being sent away. Paul writes about its spiritual significance too. He says, “At that time the son born in the ordinary way persecuted the son born by the power of the Spirit. It is the same now (Galatians 4:29).” Jesus was mocked during his trial leading up to the crucifixion. David prophetically wrote about it (Psalm 22:6-8). Isaiah too foresaw Jesus, God’s servant, being mocked (Isaiah 50:6). Jesus too predicted that people will mock him (Mark 10:34). It happened to him like that (Matthew 27:29 and 41). Good job preaching something that goes against the bible and the teachings of Jesus. Fake Christian.

The Lord Yeshua says that "tell the truth in love" 14 Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of people in their deceitful scheming. 15 Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ. THIS is the tossing and turning back and forth everywhich way by the teaching and cunning and craftiness of people and their deceitful scheming. They accuse our savior of being wrong and they proclaim they are right. They blaspheme the Lord our God but that does NOT give us the right to "MOCK" them. It is not love and not how we would want to be treated. I’m all for standing up for God’s Word and truth, but what comes out of us in how we respond to others is a totally different matter and can actually condemn us. Would Christ be mocking others? NO! Don’t be like them. Be like Jesus Christ!

      @sethmorgan0305@sethmorgan030511 күн бұрын
    • @@sethmorgan0305Quite the contrary. I’m speaking of the manner in which we do so with our mouth. There is a huge difference between sharing the gospel and truth with love as Jesus would do, and verbally mocking them. The mocking isn’t going to win anyone over to the Lords side. Mocking means “to treat with contempt or ridicule”. And not in a pleasant way either! Jesus definitely would not do this! Jesus does say this; “You brood of vipers, how can you, being evil, speak what is good? For the mouth speaks out of that which fills the heart. “The good man brings out of his good treasure what is good; and the evil man brings out of his evil treasure what is evil. “But I tell you that every careless word that people speak, they shall give an accounting for it in the day of judgment. “For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.” (Matthew 12:34-37) That’s what I’m saying. Mocking someone isn’t love. It’s not the way to go about winning someone over. We can talk to each other about God and about His truth without mocking them. It’s not our job to point fingers. I am not the Savior. I’m neither responsible for their sin, nor can I “save” them. Only Jesus Christ can do that, which is the entire point in us sharing His gospel in love and truth and all glory to Him for it! Hallelujah! 🙏 ❤ ✝️

    • False. Jesus mocked people plenty of times. He even got righteously angry when he drove the moneychangers from the temple. What Jesus describes by "love your neighbor as yourself is not shallow politeness, but rather honesty and being straightforward with others. If they are doing something harmful, or even evil, sometimes mocking the sin is an appropriate reaction. I'm a former pagan. I don't just mean "non Christian", I mean, I was an actual pagan, who participated in witchcraft and worshipped pagan idols. I fully support mocking idols and witchcraft. It is silly and foolish and should be treated as such. Besides, some people respond to something said with a sense of humor, rather than haughty, backhanded, arrogance with a tacky, fake coating of saccharine "niceness". No one is saying to mock the humanity or value of others, only the silly and even evil beliefs of paganism. Did you even watch the video?

    • 100% mocking is of the devil. Jesus corrected in love not hate. Jesus corrected in love not cattiness. If you don't love the person you are correcting than you are not correcting them but causing more damage to that person. The person being corrected will know if you love them and they will know your hypocrisy. One lady asked a question of why does the pastor hate women? And instead of answering her maturely, they attacked her and called her a Jezebel. Who is the real jezebel though? Reminded me of the story when the pharisees brought the women in front of Jesus and wanted to stone her to death. He said those without sin cast the first stone. They all left the woman alone. Because they were all sinners. Which brings me to these verses Philippians 2:3 Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves Galatians 6:3 For if anyone thinks himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceives himself. All they had to do was answer the lady's question, not mock her away from God. Instead, they called her a Jezebel. Matthew 23:13 “Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You shut the door of the kingdom of heaven in people's faces. You yourselves do not enter, nor will you let those enter who are trying to.

Just like the person that cheats on their spouse, or the thief that shoplifts or steals or a person caught up in substance abuse. The tempter came and played on the weaknesses he knows we humans have when we feel like we are standing alone. We need the wisdom to be as wise as a serpent but as harmless as a dove. That only comes from a personal relationship with the Holy Spirit of Yeshua/Jesus. He always went to the life controlling issues a person had in HiS Earthly ministry. He has changed. Only difference is HE went away so the Holy Spirit could indwell us instead of just resting on us.

  • We are called to be different from the world. Light in the darkness. Overcoming evil with good. Mocking comes with a level of haughtiness. "Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall." Proverbs 16:18. There were young people who mocked Elisha (2 Kings 2:23-24), and soldiers mocked Jesus (Matthew 27:29). Only Jesus was perfect. Everyone else in the Bible is imperfect. Yes, Elijah was a mighty prophet of God, but I doubt our God was pleased with his mocking people. Just as He was not pleased with Jacob deceiving his father. It's interesting that Elijah ran for his life not long after he mocked those prophets, just as Jacob ran for his not long after he deceived his father. We are called to speak the truth in love, not pride. The truth sets people free, not condemnation nor condescending humor. Flesh and blood are not our enemy, the father of lies and the spirits with him are. These people have been deceived by a powerful enemy, and you think we should make fun of them? Has the enemy never deceived you? How grateful I am that when I was deceived Jesus didn't mock me, He died to save me. This mercy Christ has had on me, He calls me to have on others. Kindness is a fruit of the Spirit, sarcasm is not.

    • Honestly, I think Intent is the main issue here. We can, by all means, call out a way someone acts, such as the Trans Movements, Pronouns, and the whole Racism bullshit about Victim Mentality and Privilege. What we should not do is view themselves less than us or us more than them, because in reality, we are *All* sinners, we *All* deserve to go to hell for our sins. But Jesus died for our sins, and we seek to repent from them. Even if we disagree with them, think they're idiots, or even view them as "fake" Christians or anything, that's not our place to condemn or judge. It's God's. By all means, I can think someone is a fool, but I can't think it makes them less human or me superior by default. Instead, I can only recognize their wickedness and decide whether I have to intervene. I know I can't force someone to change, but should I try or will it fall on deaf ears. Should I fight back or just walk away. This is a slippery slope for all of us. We have to try and follow the path that Jesus left for us, but sometimes we do have to stand our grounds. We should have a right to do so. So long as we are not misled by our wrath, our pride, or any other sinful desire. The best thing to do is give up on society of the world, but remember that we are no better than all those in the world. But we can choose forgiveness over grudges, we can choose love over hate, because at the end of it all, not only do we not have that right to condemn others, but also it doesn't matter in the end. Just hold onto your faith and love for the Lord, and focus on their teachings. Don't go out of your way to believe yourself better or them lesser by default. At most agree, we disagree withdraw the fact you their choices and treat them humanly while acknowledging that they are wicked that you will stand against said wickedness. Be humble, be loving, and be just. You can think they are fools or they are misguided, but never think they are lesser. Because no matter what we say or do, no matter how much we hate to hear it, we really aren't much better by default. It's why we repeat and are reborn. And of we can do it, we can hope they can do it as well.

    • The foul language is a force of habit I had for many years, I am a very blunt person, which doesn't exactly help in the issue, but I digress. Point I'm trying to make is that no one is inheritly better than anyone else because all of us are sinners and deserve to burn in hell, but the Lord Jesus died for our sins. Therefore, even if we disagree with one another, we should still treat them humanely. Even if we think they're foolish or lost for their actions and lifestyles, it isn't our place to judge or outright condemn anyone, for that is God's place. Instead, we just try to be civil with them and follow the golden rule, treat others how we want to be treated. We either agree to disagree and move on with our lives, or if we have to, we stand up against their wickedness with our faith. I'm not saying start shit towards others, but I'm saying don't let them take away your faith and don't tolerate them. We're all in this together, and while we can hate someone's actions, we should never hate the person. Forgive them and love them because not only do we risk losing ourselves to our own sins but such a thing is pointless in the first place.

I'm a blunt man, and at times I'll admit that I can come off as somewhat of an ass due to my bluntness. The point I was trying to reach is that there are many things I don't agree with in the world and we should stay strong in our faith to avoid falling into such things. Condemn the actions, but not the people. I'd be a hypocrite if I said I probably haven't done just as bad. If I can try to repent then so can they, and no one should write anyone off because of it. Thanks for explaining it. I can see where you're coming from.

  • Not so quick to the conclusion this is “acceptable” behavior. This Bible verse teaches the concept that the revelation we have determines what is acceptable: “God overlooked people’s ignorance about these things in earlier times, but now…” from Acts 16:30. So, you were looking in the Old Testament, that’s “B.C.” which means before Christ. Jesus came and 1) instituted a New Covenant - His for us, through faith, not works. Hallelujah! 2) here’s a direct quote from the Author of the very Covenant you declare is your faith - Jesus Himself: “You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor[a] and hate your enemy.’ 44 But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, 45 that you may be children of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. 46 If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that? 47 And if you greet only your own people, what are you doing more than others? Do not even pagans do that? 48 Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.” Matt. 5:43-48. Mark, please see the Truth and acknowledge you are wrong. Please repent and seek forgiveness. Then let the people who heard this know you’re were wrong. Wouldn’t you rather admit you were wrong here in front of people, so that you are in right standing with God? Will God’s children be lead astray by this erroneous teaching and hurt people whom God loves? It’s a terrifying thought to lead children, especially God’s children astray. Please, be reconciled to God.
