I remember when I faced hair fall, I did all the following to effectively reduce it: - Make a habit of doing massage for your scalp into your routine. - Avoid very hot water when washing your hair. - Protect your hair from too much sweat. - Use a wide tooth neem comb to detangle wet hair. - Cut down on your sugar and processed food consumption. - Use natural anti hair fall shampoo and oil like littleeextra coccconion. - Maintain a positive mindset for general well being.
After childbirth, I noticed my hair fall but I stayed calm. I acted to to control it. I opted for a health-centered approach. I prioritized my nutrition, having vitamin-packed foods, specially those high in Folic Acid and Protein. I worked out regularly and practiced meditation for stress control. I avoided styles that pull on my hair and stopped using heated styling tools to prevent hair stress. I even started using LittleExtra's Coconion shampoo and hair oil combined with a neem wood comb.
