  • That’s a lesson I had to teach myself. When I was in 8th-9th grade, I also never said No to people. I kept being too nice to everyone and too generous. Now I know most of the time to stand up for myself ❤️

  • Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else.     • its difficult to let go of someone you love, i was in a similar situation, my relationship of 12 years ended, but i couldn't just let her go i did all i could to get her back, i had to seek the help of a spiritual counsellor who helped me bring her back

  • It’s always important to prioritize yourself because we do have other responsibilities to handle other than others. It’s not healthy to work yourself to the bone to attend everyone’s needs all the time. When people are always asking you for stuff, they are pretty much taking advantage of you.   • It's alright to say no and set boundaries and I understand her motive that she felt pressured and wanted to make others happy. Also thank gosh she has amazing friends. I know that in grade 10, I learned that it's okay to say no because I felt that I had to help others out and be kind. Saying no will help with your mental health and will save your grades and time.   • My friends would never do something good for me or even think what is wrong with me and what is going on in my mind, they always copy my homework and care about themselves. I always be happy for them when they get a good grade in a subject they are bad, but when i get a good grade in subject I AM bad they don't even look at me or congratulate me...     • You gotta get out of there. Half a year ago I was stuck in this position too- but once they started pulling down pants to everyone INCLUDING me (my ex-best friend did it) I knew that has gone too far. He hasn't talked to me in months but only texts me when HE needs help. I stopped talking with my class and got friends that care about me. I hope you get those type of friends as well.   • Another great video! to say "No" coming from myself i always said "Yes" to others who would only thank me for that one moment and say no to myself including my family who would go above and beyond for me.     • @@VOIDSEH that's one's personal interpretation. According to me, anything other than a clear yes or a nod of the head, is a no. Here the other girl interpreted the absence of a no as a yes, but she never actually said yes. So that's on her. The other girl might have understood it as a yes which isn't Erica's problem. And she's not obligated to support someone cheating, whatever she said before. It's a wrong cause, and she can very well back out of it if she wants to.
